Very good stay experience and at very affordable price. Room was clean and had all amenities required. Plenty if restaurants and convenience stores nearby and baofeng lake is at walking distance. The hotel staff helped me arrange the trip itinerary and make bookings at discount. The staff also arranged for one-way drop to all tourist locations free of charge. Highly recommended!

The scenery is incredibly beautiful, as you can see from the pictures, and the service was unbelievably good. My Furong Ancient Town trip was elevated from an 8 to a 10 just because of this wonderful night. It really reminds me of that youthful saying: 'Good wine, good food, and good company.'

The view blew me away, no 5-star hotel could beat the view from this hotel. A must visit when you want to spend the night in Furong. I was initially afraid I cannot sleep due to the sound of waterfall, but turned out I had one of the best sleep ever. The waterfall sound was so tranquil that it wasn’t disturbing my sleep at all. Service was excellent too. The driver will pick you up in the airport and took your luggage up to your room. Receptionist is very accommodating. The only thing that could be improved is the facility, water from the shower could seep through the gap.

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! Our biggest discovery was the rooftop. The view from up there is simply mesmerizing — we spent our evenings there. It’s a place of pure peace that we will remember forever. But the true treasure of this hotel is its owners. We haven’t met such kind, caring, and sincere people in a long time. If you want the classic stay overlooking the beautiful waterfall experience - this is the place to stay! It has the best view in town but they don't take that for granted. The service was absolutely incredible. We travelled with a toddler and they provided free pick up and drop off from the train station. The young man who runs the hotel singlehandedly ported all of our luggage for us (even more than I handle on my own) which was AMAZING! Rooms were very clean, thoughtfully laid out and had just the right features. There's a restaurant on site with stunning views.. Do yourself a favor and stay here!

The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to assist us with planning activities and handling bookings. They were consistently responsive to all our enquiries, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. The location was exactly as described—peacefully situated near the forest, offering a relaxing and natural setting. One area for improvement would be the availability of more vegetarian-friendly food options. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely book here again when revisiting the area.

I recently stayed at a Maosao Inn that exceeded my expectations in many ways. The staff were truly lovely and incredibly friendly, always ready to assist with a smile, which made the stay even more enjoyable. My bedroom was a very good size, offering plenty of space to relax and unpack comfortably. I also appreciated the convenient shared washer and dryer facilities, which were a real bonus for a longer stay, esp for all the hiking ! The location of the hotel was nothing short of amazing. It was surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants, foot massages, making dining out effortless, and it was also close to major travel points, which made exploring the area very convenient. Overall, this hotel offered a perfect blend of comfort, practicality, and accessibility, and I would happily choose it again for future visits.

Overall, our experience was uncomfortable and disappointing. Communication was handled through WeChat and translation apps. Although the hotel had promised transportation from the station, they only arranged it after we contacted them on arrival day. At check-in, the receptionist repeatedly asked us to cancel our Trip.com reservation in exchange for a “better rate.” We declined, but the insistence made us very uncomfortable. We later reported this, and the hotel denied it, calling it a “translation error.” After that, the staff became overly attentive, offering multiple “complimentary” items and constantly messaging us with basic housekeeping questions. While meant as hospitality, it felt excessive and intrusive, especially during a vacation. At check-out, the same staff member pressured us to leave a 5-star review and implied that transportation was conditional on it. This raised serious concerns, so we chose to take a taxi instead. The situation escalated further when he followed us to continue insisting. The facilities are average: the bathroom is very small, the shower floods the floor, towels are worn, and the AC had an unpleasant odor. On the positive side, the bed, balcony, and view were nice. Without these issues, we might have had a better impression. However, the lack of transparency, pressure tactics, and overall discomfort made this a negative experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely kind, attentive and helpful throughout our visit. They helped us with everything we needed, including buying the tickets for Furong Ancient Town and assisting us with transportation. They were always very patient, friendly and attentive, which made our stay much easier and more comfortable. The hotel is also in a very convenient location, right at the entrance of Furong Ancient Town. This was very important for us because taxis and DiDi cars can arrive directly at the hotel. Many hotels inside the ancient town cannot be reached by car, so guests have to carry their luggage through the village, which can be inconvenient. For us, being able to arrive and leave easily with our suitcases was a big advantage. The hotel itself was very nice, well located and a great choice for visiting Furong. We felt very well taken care of from arrival to check-out. We would definitely recommend it and would be happy to stay here again.
