Taitung Hostels

Had a super good deal (price for the room) on trip.com. Would recommend this hotel for sure to everyone who visit Taitung. Great location (city center). Love the design of the hotel. Nice relaxing space, big shared kitchen, green and open. There is a laundry area (to be paid for the wash machine and dryer). The staff is very friendly. Specially the girl at the reception when I checked out, could change my non-used voucher for a souvenir from the hotel (bag). The best hotel (price and quality) during my 9 days trip through Taiwan (Taipei, Hualien, Taitung, Kaohsiung, Tainan).

During holidays, walk to the right when you exit the door and you will see Tiehua Village around the corner. The bed was very comfortable and the shower room was just the right size. For lockers, you need to go to the counter outside to pay a deposit and exchange the key. This deposit will be returned to you👌 The key point is that the room has a large refrigerator with two doors If you want to buy drinks or need ice souvenirs? This refrigerator is really convenient👍 Simple and basic toiletries will be provided for you And you only need to use the machine at the entrance to check in. If there is a situation The counter in the building next door where locker keys are exchanged can also assist with this process. You can check out on your own without going through the counter. Entry and exit are locked with password You will be given a receipt after check-in is completed. That receipt has a unique password for each person. When you go out, you don’t have to worry about bringing your room card with you to increase the risk of losing it. The air conditioner is very cold😂 And the temperature can be adjusted by yourself If you are a backpacker, it is highly recommended to stay here. The disadvantage is that it is very close to the city center So around 7 or 8 o'clock in the morning you can hear the sound of cars driving outside. Also, there is no place to hang clothes or towels in the room Guests staying consecutively must bring their own triangular clothes hangers Only then can we hang it next to the bed to dry in the sun.
