The Tang Xiao Zhu Metropark International Hotel has a fantastic environment, facing Nanhu Lake and just a stone's throw from Hetou Old Street. This was one of the main reasons I chose to stay here. Upon checking in, I discovered that the service at this hotel is truly exceptional. The staff are incredibly well-trained and professional. As soon as you enter the lobby, there are guides to direct you to the front desk for check-in, dining, or even to the elevators, where someone is there to help you select your floor. The service is truly warm and attentive. I dined on the second floor, and the restaurant was spotless. They use Tangshan porcelain, which is incredibly white and upscale, giving a great sense of hygiene. The breakfast on the first floor was also very authentic and down-to-earth, featuring dishes that locals love, and it was very abundant. The restaurant clearly puts a lot of thought into its preparations. What's more, the extra inclusions in the hotel fee were very practical. Not only did they provide fruit, but also tickets to Hetou Old Street and a complimentary shuttle service to take guests there, which is incredibly convenient. So, it's definitely worth experiencing this hotel. Overall, I was very satisfied with the dining, accommodation, and service.

The hotel is behind the metro station. The room was ok. The breakfast was also ok, not too many international options tho. The cleaning ladies forgot to leave us water and take out our trash for some days (we had to ask extra in the reception that they should please clean the room). They also forgot our welcome fruit 😕

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, clean and tidy, with stunning snow views right outside the window – the view is amazing, making for a truly pleasant stay. The restaurant has an elegant atmosphere, and the food is fresh and abundant, with cold cuts, salads, and fruit wines all available and of high quality. The ski slopes are right outside, with the cable car easily accessible, making skiing super convenient. The service is thoughtful and attentive, providing a full-service experience from dining to accommodation and skiing. It's a perfect experience, and I'll definitely be back!

Very modern / new and confortable rooms - we got upgraded to a two bedroom apartment and it was very comfortable. Right by the ski slope ; 3 buildings you can reach through the parking lot or if the weather allows it from outside where you’ll find plenty of restaurants ; ski rental / gear rental services just right outside the ski lifts. In the room though no plates / cutlery / cooking tools but as we are in touch on WeChat with a very nice lady, I guess we could have asked for it. 潇湘 was helpful all along and would immediately reply to all our requests. A coupon system to get access to the breakfast restaurant ; other coupons to get discounts to rent gears and buy ski cards (a bit complicated when you don’tread Chinese) but we did manage to use them. For ski passes: note that if you buy 4 hours ski pass, it starts when you swipe your first ski lift but I think the équipement rental is for 24h so you might not have to give back your equipment every day. A bit of a hassle every morning to queue up for ski pass / equipment in the midst of CNY.

The hotel is very conveniently located, and it only takes a few minutes to get there after getting off the highway. The housekeeper Xiaowei provided very thoughtful service, and helped us upgrade the room to the small column suite, which the children were very surprised and liked. The private hot spring in the room was clean and hygienic, the buffet breakfast was rich in variety, the hotel had a naughty castle, and there was also a Qingqing ranch where you could walk your kids around, and the beautiful Baishishan Mountain. It was simply a treasure hotel, and I have recommended it to my friends. I would like to thank the beautiful housekeeper Xiaowei. We left our things in the room when we checked out. Xiaowei contacted us in time and helped us contact the courier to return the items. Thank you 😊 A very satisfying hotel trip~

This hotel in Thaiwoo Town is perfect for family ski trips. It has its own ski rental shop, allowing for ski-in/ski-out access, which is ideal for ski enthusiasts! The hotel also offers excellent dining options, hot springs, and the 'Thaiwoo Night' performances, which are incredibly diverse and entertaining. The service is exceptional, especially Richard at the front desk. He was so helpful and patient during check-in, explaining all the services and how to use them, and even sent detailed information via WeChat. He promptly resolved many of our issues through WeChat during our stay! I'll definitely be returning to Nanshanli Hotel and highly recommend it to everyone!

Later, the little girl who picked us up said that we had extended the hot spring water release time, the management was chaotic, the bad reviews, the restaurant was small and expensive, the things were justified, and the overall experience was not good. My stay at Tangyin Hot Spring Resort was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is superb, right next to the ski resort, making travel incredibly convenient, and self-parking was a breeze. The room was spotless, cozy, and comfortable, with excellent underfloor heating throughout and great soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The service was warm and attentive; the front desk handled check-in efficiently, and any requests were promptly addressed with thoughtful attention to detail. The highlight was definitely the natural hot spring, sourced from 3600 meters underground, offering a full range of indoor and outdoor pools with comfortable water temperatures – perfect for unwinding after skiing, melting away all fatigue instantly. The dining was authentic and offered great value for money, and the surrounding amenities are comprehensive, with plenty of options for food, drink, and entertainment. The overall environment is elegant, facilities are complete, and the service is considerate, making it an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

I visited Shijiazhuang during the Spring Festival holiday and chose a family room at this hotel, which I was extremely satisfied with. The room was spacious and clean, with complete family-friendly facilities, which my child loved. The room had a large-screen projector, smart voice control, and most importantly, it was very quiet, making it a great choice for people who have trouble sleeping. They also offer room service, and the food was quite delicious. The only thing I was dissatisfied with was the breakfast restaurant. With so many guests during the Spring Festival, the breakfast restaurant was pitifully small. The banquet hall next door was open on the first day but closed on the second, so there was practically no place to sit. It was quite awkward carrying my plate around. I hope they can improve on this.

Everything is so perfect staying at the unit. Mr Alan and team has been so kind and accomodating to my request, from helping to pick us up at train station during peak time, right throughout our stay, until we checked out. The unit is perfect, everything you need is available to use. Nothing has been more than grateful having him and his team assisting me and family during our stay there.
