This stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel service was incredibly attentive and detailed. From the moment we checked in until we left, the front desk staff greeted us with warm smiles, making us feel so welcome. There are tons of great food options nearby; just a short walk brings you to all sorts of specialty restaurants – a true foodie paradise. Getting to the ski resort was also super convenient, only a five-minute drive. The biggest surprise was the hot spring; the water was so clear, and after a soak, I felt completely relaxed, all my fatigue just melted away. The room was also very clean and comfortable. Great, the facilities are excellent!

Stayed here during the National Day holiday, and they already had floor heating, which was great even though we couldn't ski yet. The autumn scenery was beautiful! The hotel has an open kitchen, and there are many dining options nearby. The only downsides were that the supermarket in Thaiwoo Town is small and a bit pricey, and the hotel breakfast was truly subpar... With so many people, they couldn't keep up, and you basically had to get lucky to grab a bowl of noodles. The underground parking was a bit difficult to access, but it didn't really affect our stay. Overall, I was quite satisfied, but I think I'd try a different hotel next time.

The service was incredibly thoughtful: Our stay at this hotel with our child was fantastic! The staff were warm and attentive throughout. As soon as we arrived in the lobby, someone proactively offered to help with our luggage. During check-in, the staff patiently explained everything, showing great care in every detail. Throughout our stay, from arrival to departure, every single staff member prioritized the needs of families with children, making our whole family feel wonderfully cared for. Convenient location: The hotel's location is excellent. There's a shuttle every hour, with a clear timetable, which is a thoughtful touch. It was very convenient whether we were heading to the park or returning to the hotel to rest, saving us a lot of time and effort while traveling with a child. Well-equipped facilities: The room facilities were comprehensive. Not only were there disinfectant wipes and children's slippers, but they also specially prepared mini cartoon-themed items for the little ones.

從懷來站打車過來大概20多分鐘，在一個温泉小鎮裏，入住時主動延遲到14點退房，房間本身確實不大，但基本也都是在室外泡温泉，房間光是洗漱睡覺也足夠了。附贈了耳塞，感覺火車噪音影響不大。房間乾淨整潔，建議房間裏多放幾瓶礦泉水，秋冬比較乾燥。 半山温泉非常好，室外AB兩個區域四五個池子，40度左右的水，白天晚上泡都不會冷，可以一直泡到晚上22:30，邊泡邊欣賞星空。游泳池非常好，25米泳道30度水温遊起來很爽！健身房比較簡單，除了跑步機之外就兩台全身設備。餐廳口味不錯，價格適中份量很大，早餐也比較豐盛，類似於四星招待所的水準。咖啡豆是山姆的，酸奶是麥德龍的，還是很有保障的！ 建議可以豐富一些健身娛樂設施，或增加温泉泡池種類及按摩搓澡之類。如果不開車的話酒店周圍啥都沒有，建議可以開一個超市便利店，多準備一些酒水飲料零食。另外，早餐是7-9:30，度假真的起不來，建議適當延長時間。 總之，推薦北京週末來度假，性價比高，風景優美，放鬆身心，還會再來！

Chongli isn't just for winter; you can enjoy a perfect 21℃ summer here too! 💯 Thaiwoo Town boasts a plethora of hotels, and this time we chose Nanshanli Hotel, located at the innermost part of the town! We were actually just scouting it out for a future winter ski trip 🎿, but to our surprise, we were incredibly satisfied with every single aspect! The No. 9 gondola is conveniently located right outside the first-floor ski rental hall platform – perfect for ski-in/ski-out access! I have so many photos, but I could only upload 20... I wish I could share them all! Nanshanli Hotel *only* comprises Buildings C and D ‼️ The A and B buildings in front are a separate hotel called A&B Hotel – make sure not to confuse them! Our room was in Building C. We parked underground, and you can get complimentary parking by scanning the hotel's QR code when checking out! The elevators for Buildings C and D in the basement are not far from each other and are easy to find – just look for the subtly lit entrance. Both buildings feature guest rooms from the 2nd to 7th floors: In Building D, you'll find the front desk for check-in, breakfast and dinner are served on the second floor, while the G floor boasts hot springs, spa and foot massages, and a children's adventure park. In Building C, you can enjoy afternoon tea in the lobby, and right outside is a charming deer park where you can interact closely with deer! The complimentary package, including three days of hot spring access, afternoon tea, and a charcoal BBQ, offered superb value for money! Breakfast was included for two adults with the room, and it was only 48 RMB per child (1.2m-1.4m tall), which is very reasonable! A free shuttle bus operates every 20 minutes from the hotel entrance, taking you to various spots within Thaiwoo Town! Extremely convenient! The hotel is behind the metro station. The room was ok. The breakfast was also ok, not too many international options tho. The cleaning ladies forgot to leave us water and take out our trash for some days (we had to ask extra in the reception that they should please clean the room). They also forgot our welcome fruit 😕

Right after booking, we were contacted by the staff who even set up a private chat group for us. The detailed information and guidelines provided were very comprehensive and thoughtful. The room itself was excellent, featuring a well-designed layout that beautifully separated the living and sleeping areas. Both the seniors and children had a fantastic experience. It was spacious and spotlessly clean. A nice touch was the discount coupons the staff gave us for the evening 'Da Tie Hua' (molten iron fireworks) performance. This place is incredibly pet-friendly – truly above and beyond! All the seniors in our group were very impressed with the arrangements. We will definitely choose this place again on our next trip to Thaiwoo.

The hotel environment is very good, with ample parking spaces. The front desk lady Sally is professional and enthusiastic. The hotel's buffet breakfast is rich in variety and of good quality. The hotel is very close to the Tangquan Palace outdoor hot spring, a five-minute walk. It is very convenient. It is a perfect accommodation for a hot spring trip. Excellent choice, highly recommended👍👍

It was another pleasant weekend. It was very comfortable to sit on the small terrace, bask in the sun, drink tea and read books. The private hot springs and public venues have their own merits. There are also many choices of restaurants, and many parent-child activities have been added. The most important thing is that the service here is constantly improving. I am especially grateful to a manager named Li Dan for giving us high-quality service. From the guidance of the itinerary to the handling of details, we feel like home. The children are very happy. I am already looking forward to coming to Ruige again next time.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! The location is superb, offering excellent views, making it a fantastic choice for a ski vacation. The rooms are thoughtfully designed and decorated, feeling cozy and clean. They even come with a fridge and an induction cooktop, perfect for some light cooking. Both the front desk and room service were excellent. Rooms on one side of the corridor overlook the ski slopes, while those on the other side offer views of the Taiwoo Night show. However, the Taiwoo Night show was suspended at the beginning of the ski season, though I heard it might resume later. There's a restaurant on the first floor, and many more dining options are available at the nearby Tourist Center. If you register your license plate, you can enjoy free parking in the town for the entire ski season. I'd definitely come back given the chance!
