I chose this hotel specifically for the hot springs, but they were a bit dirty, which I didn't really like. There also weren't any reasonably priced restaurants, so I had to rely on convenience stores. Overall, the facilities are old, and the service attitude is just average.

Had 3 nights stay here with my wife and 3 year old son. The hotel has a beautiful view of the ocean and the waves are so mesmerising and therapeutic. We went during spring time - Sakura season and the temperature was about 9-17 degrees. But the room air conditioning is pretty good. It regulated the heat we required. The staff here are very hospitable, helpful and kind. Makes the whole stay even more memorable. On the second day, We opt for no cleaning of the room as we worry the room will be rearranged to the original state and we will have to rearrange the room to our usage pattern. And the staff were kind enough to send us a bag of new towels, toiletries and yukata etc. on the third day we requested for housekeeping, the room was cleaned up without messing our arrangements of the room. Good detail of the housekeeping team. I love the public and private bath. Especially the outdoor public bath. It’s an absolute must go with the ocean view. The only point for improvement I have for this hotel is the dinner buffet. The quality and spread has room for improvement. We had also tried the Mirai restaurant for a more intimate dinner setting. Mirai was good. Good for the new guest to know that this hotel had also hosted the emperor of Japan. And their onsen were listed as the winner for kamogawa area in the National onsen ranking.

I stayed here for two nights at the beginning of May because I had a live concert at Makuhari Messe. It was only a short train ride from Makuhari, and on the way back it was quiet and relaxing as most people were heading towards Tokyo. It was also very convenient to get to the airport by train. The facilities were very clean, and the location was easy to find as you exit Soga Station, so I would definitely stay here again.

The most spacious hotel I've stayed at in Tokyo; it's clean, comfortable, and even has a natural hot spring. It's a bit far from the city center, but the TX line gets you there directly in 42 minutes. Plus, there's an airport bus that goes straight to the airport, and the price is great! The surrounding area is also very relaxing. I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

The room was excellent. It was impeccably clean; even behind the TV was spotless. The room was well-equipped with a bathtub, a stool, and a small basin. There's a complimentary shuttle bus to Disneyland, and you can simply wait for it right outside the entrance. The service was exceptional. We arrived at 12 PM, and the staff kindly allowed us to check in early. They thoughtfully used a translator to inform me about the breakfast location and time, as well as the shuttle bus schedule. Both the air conditioning and the surrounding area were quiet. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the service was excellent. It's about a 10-minute ride to Disneyland, and the subway station is also nearby. I can personally confirm that the service was excellent, contrary to what some negative reviews might suggest.

I don't think you should expect a bath. The cabin is colder than expected, so be careful in the winter! There is one summer futon. Blankets are available for rental, but they run out quickly, so be sure to get one early! But the location is good and the staff are nice, so I'm glad I stayed there!

The hotel is very near to Narita AirPort and the hotel provides free shuttle to the airport. Free parking if you are driving. There’s a public hot spring next to the hotel where hotel guests can enjoy complimentary entrance but only from 1300 to 2100. Room is super spacious but facilities felt old. Good enough for a short stay especially if you need to catch early flight from Narita. There’s also a small 7-11 convenient store at the hotel lobby.

It's about a 10-15 minute walk from Narita Station. It may be difficult to get around for people with lots of luggage using Narita Airport, or families with small children. It's a great location right in front of Naritasan Mountain. The inn's shop was under renovation, and the convenience store near the station that we were directed to was open until around 8pm, so we ended up not being able to buy what we needed, which was quite frustrating. We were told that the hot springs were open 24 hours a day, but that there was a charge after check-out. I wish they had explained this clearly beforehand. It has the feel of a good old-fashioned Japanese inn, and I would like to bring international friends who love Japanese culture here in the future.

We have stayed at Spa&Hotel a couple of times now and have enjoyed every visit. The staff are friendly and greet us as we arrive. Check in and out is quick and simple. We always stay in the Japanese style room with outdoor bath. The room is a good size with tatami mats and futon beds. The views are great as you can see the fireworks at Disney. The only downside is the very bright lights from the sporting fields near by. The outdoor bath is great after a long day. There is a free shuttle bus to the Disney resort. The drivers are helpful and friendly. We haven't eaten in the hotel before so I can't comment on the food.

A grand hotel and resort indeed. Due to its secluded location, the hotel is only suitable for those who drive otherwise pretty stranded in this nice hotel but meals are quite costly even for Accor members. Rooms are perfect, so clean and new, and huge for our Junior Suite. Onsen is good and snacks and drinks are available during the afternoon and later in the evening. Attractions near the hotel are within walking distance. Sunset is awesome here.

GGuest UserWe were looking forward to the The Farm stay to end our fiat Japan trip. We were 3 kids below 10 and 2 adults. The best parts of the trip were, 1. Staff - mai and Narumi were very helpful. Mai especially took a lot of trouble to explain everything at the farm by using Google translate. Even the staff at the cafe at breakfast time and reception were all very very nice, though I don’t have their names. 2. Hot springs - was super experience and we loved it. Everything clean and proper and very comfortable, even though we were walking around naked. 3. Rooms- I stayed at Habita. It was good and kids loved it quite a bit. The loft, the futon on top, though the projector didn’t work too well. 4. Strawberry farm trip was amazing. The strawberries were all super nice and melting in the mouth with the right textures and flavours. Even better if? 1. BBQ- we wanted to do a bbq. Habita package didn’t come with free BBQ. The cost to do one was crazy expensive. 3,300 per adult and 2,200 per child just for ‘equipment’ cost. That’s 13,000yen or around USD80, without any meats or anything. Felt really excessive, so we opted out. 2. Board and card games- our family wanted to play some board games and there were plenty of those at the reception. When we asked if we could get a pack of UNO, we were told it was only for the ‘cottage’ occupants. Considering most of the property was empty, it was a bit sad that they did not allow us a pack to play with. 3. Though not the fault of the property, the lack of any public transport and the very taxi costs to outside world for anything was a negative. It would have been even better if they could arrange a couple of more shuttles to narita or to local town etc.

GGuest UserIt may be unavoidable because the price is low, but it's a shame because the hotel has very poor hospitality. The image is of a casual person who came to stay at a relative's house. ⚫︎Room As soon as I entered the room, water was leaking from the ceiling. When I called the front desk, they said, ”I'll check,” instead of ”I'll change your room,” and an older man came in, humming, and asked, ”Where are you?” and ”Are you here to check on the front desk?” About 35 minutes passed before I changed rooms. When I entered the new room, it was obvious that the bed had been poorly made and the sheets were sticking out, and the comforter was sticking out of the sheets, and there were noticeable stains. I noticed it right away, but the hotel staff just turned a blind eye. I was disappointed to be lowered in rank, but Since the time for the online meeting had already passed, I had no choice but to start preparing for the meeting immediately. The batteries in the TV remote control were old and I had to reinsert them in order to use them. There were no tissues... (hard paper napkins for some reason) which was inconvenient. ⚫︎Bath There's a set of cosmetics on the 10th floor, but for some reason there aren't any on the 1st floor. The door is broken and there is no sign of repair (I can feel the age of the poster) ⚫︎Rice Floor staff have limited field of vision I thought it would be a morning and evening buffet, but if it's a course meal, you should ask about allergies at check-in. It's rude to react like it's a pain on the first day. Day 2: It says plum chirimen rice, but I was served Yukari rice, so when I checked, I made some strange excuse, and by the time I finished eating, a dish I had forgotten called plum chirimen came out lol. It was really unreasonable for me to become a complainer every time I checked because I had so many unpleasant things for two days in a row. By the way, there is curry for breakfast, but for some reason there is no spoon (do people in Chiba eat it with chopsticks?) ⚫︎Front Generally, I am slow to answer the phone. After about 30 calls, I finally got it, and all I could say was ``Hello.'' ⚫︎There are no coin laundry machines or cleaning services these days. I didn't have enough clothes so I had no choice but to go shopping. ⚫︎As an apology, I was given a free drink at dinner on the first day...but that wasn't the case. I was planning on bringing someone with me, but I'm glad I came alone. I wanted to extend my stay, but it's not possible here. ⚫︎The good thing is that The room facing the sea had a beautiful morning sun. Also, there is a water server on each floor. that's all

AAnonymous UserReally really like this hotel. If you have to say, I like this hotel the most on this planet. Inadequate point: Obviously very old. There are some water stains everywhere on the ceiling, the feeling of old. The appearance can also see the traces of the years. Pros: The meal is delicious. The attitude of the cuisine is for freshness, for cleanliness, for the aroma of the sea. It is possible to get close to the sea in an incredible way. After coming once, I can clearly hear the sound of the sea for a long time, I can smell the smell of the sea, and I can remember the golden waves hitting the black black stone beach. Decisive advantage: Compared to the surrounding hotels, this hotel can open the window facing the sea. This hotel has an open-air hot spring, which can soak in the hot springs when you see the golden sea. This hotel has a car to pick up passengers to the canine station. This hotel has a very beautiful lobby and can enjoy elegant time.
