Guest UserThis place exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The photos don't do it justice - the rooms are even more spacious and beautifully decorated in person. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, from the cozy living area to the modern bathroom. The WiFi was fast and reliable, which was important for us. Our host went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay, even offering to help with dinner reservations. The neighborhood was safe and charming, with plenty of cafes and shops nearby. This is hands down one of the best accommodations we've experienced, and we're already planning our next visit!

Guest UserHotel Dormy has a standard and this Premium location is just slightly higher which is a great budget friendly stay. They offer their standard free ramen, ice cream, yogurt and baths but also offer free soda and coffee. Check-in and out are smooth and easy with kiosk or the staff. The room are typical Japanese style small but they are clean and modern. The location of the hotel is right next to a metro station making it easy to access from the airport or train station. You are walking distance to Yatai's by the water and many tourist destinations as well as easily access all other more distant locations via the metro station outside the hotel door. The public baths are clean and offer an indoor and outdoor section as well as the design is more aesthetic than the typical generic baths of most Dormy's.

YuyuyuThe room was spacious, and the private bath was excellent. Perhaps due to the high humidity from the long-term use of the private bath, the room had a musty smell, but that's unavoidable. The surrounding area was nice and quiet. Located in the small town of Akizuki, there are many unique local attractions nearby. The hostess spoke some Chinese and was very helpful. Since the hotel isn't accessible by public transportation, we took a taxi from Nishitetsu to Amagi Station, which took about 20 minutes. The hotel also booked a taxi for our return trip the next day. The accommodation and two meals were very generous. My husband's birthday was the day before, and the hotel even made a special effort to celebrate it with a cake, which was very thoughtful.

SuperjhThe hotel's location is super convenient, right at Hakata Station. You can directly access JR and Shinkansen lines from B1. Popular spots like Musashi Wagyu Rice are right across the street from the 1st-floor exit, and the famous sheep cheese toast is just a 6-minute walk away. The hotel's cleanliness is also excellent, and the rooms are quite spacious for Japan. It's definitely a top choice for family trips!

自由の女神
It was lovely to be able to relax in the hot spring while enjoying the sea view. The weather was cloudy so we couldn't see the stars, but I'm sure it would have been beautiful if it were clear. The food, especially the seafood, was excellent, probably because of the hotel's proximity to the ocean. I also really appreciated the late-night ramen service.

Guest UserFantastic location! It's just a 5-minute walk from where the airport bus drops you off – literally just around the corner. I've stayed at Nishitetsu Inn properties before and always had a great experience. This hotel is newly renovated, and the lobby downstairs is spacious and modern.

Guest UserUpon check-in, the hotel entrance already displayed my name, which made me feel very welcome. The room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the garden. There was plenty of free parking, making it very convenient.
The public bath, however, was a bit small and lacked any views from its windows. The public bath is definitely the hotel's weakest point.

Thomas_ZacThe Hotel is located very close to the Wakamatsu Railway station. The area around the hotel is a very quiet area with few shops around. I arrived the hotel at around 2200 and by then all the shops around was closed. I managed to find a family mart near the station and for dinner i went to Sukiya which I understand is open till 3 AM. The staff was very courteous and the checking in process was seamless. The rooms were small and very similar to other Japanese hotel rooms. The bedding was clean and neat and the linens were nicely tucked in. Since the air conditioning units remote was in Japanese language , had bit of a trouble in getting the AC started. However this was immediately resolved by the staff at the front desk and the AC cooling was very good. The toilet was small and was similar to other Japanese hotels. The supplies in the toilet was nice and adequate.
The Morning breakfast spread was nice with western and Japanese cuisine and the food quality and taste was very good. I will definitely recommend Route Inn to all business travelers travelling to Wakamatsu / Hibiki Nada Area

very normal hotel and maybe a bit old. fixed bed lamps and women's onsen shelf doors are tilted. onsen hair dryer is also not of high quality.
there is no lounge or desks to work in both the lobby and the bedroom so might not be suitable for business trips.
im not sure why the rating is so high because nothing particularly stood out to me.

Guest UserThe accommodation was really nice, and although I couldn't go to the bath, the atmosphere was really nice!! However, the accommodation was far from the convenience store, so I had to keep taking a taxi..! If you tell the graduate counter that the basic fee is 700 yen, they will call a taxi for you!! Also, the inside of the accommodation was cool and the size was really nice!! I think it felt even better because I really liked the Ukiha area! The staff were really kind, and the smoking room was on the 2nd floor, which was nice!
