Hotel is located near the art museum and next to a beautiful beach with a wonderful sea view. There are two onsen and both are good. And there are several restaurants serving Japanese and French cuisines. The prices are reasonable and we enjoyed a wonderful French Kaiseki. The resort is well managed and guests are warmly greeted and helped with luggage on arrival and departure. It’s highly recommended.

The hotel is located at the seaside hotel on National Road 55. The environment is beautiful, the hotel facilities are very good, the dinner and breakfast in the restaurant are very beautiful, the room is Japanese, the place is comfortable, the waiter is friendly, and there is a large bath, you can soak in the bath to eliminate the fatigue of the day. Location is very close to JR station, and many nice restaurants are nearby. Free coffee is served which tastes good.

Iya Onsen is one of the three most secret hot springs in Japan. I took the JR to Oboke Station and contacted the hotel to pick me up at the station one day in advance. I took the hotel shuttle bus at around 3:10 pm and arrived at the hotel in about 20 minutes. The room was OK, and there was a massage chair. The hotel has an outdoor hot spring at the bottom of the Iya Valley, an indoor hot spring, and a private hot spring for an additional fee. What needs to be complained about is the food of this hotel. I booked a one-night stay and two-meals package, and the breakfast and dinner were quite average compared to other hot spring hotels...

The hot springs are very nice, especially the open-air baths, which require a cable car to reach. Soaking in the hot springs on the top of the mountain, the air is super fresh and it feels very natural. The waiters are polite and attentive, and can speak English, Mandarin and Cantonese, which makes them feel very friendly. Both dinner and breakfast were very rich and delicious. The proprietress sang a song during dinner! The hotel has free washing and drying machines which is very convenient! The only complaint is the Wi-Fi, which is too slow and disconnects easily. All in all, it's worth coming again.

I booked two rooms this time. The environmental facilities are also very good. The check-in service staff is also very polite after 9 pm. The room key has been prepared early in the morning. Unfortunately, there is only one small bath in the big bath.
