Hot Springs Hotels in Siem Reap Province, Cambodia

The first night I was put in a room with an air conditioner that was running but never cooled. The next room had a family of very loud people that went most of the night. The staff is friendly and attentive, but obtrusive. I was moved to another room which had excellent air conditioning and was comfortable. I have lived extensively in SE Asia and am familiar with the culture. However, always being asked,”Where are you going,” or “What are you doing?” Made me feel very uncomfortable. Simply tell guests that if they need anything or have any questions to please ask, instead of feeling interrogated each time I walked in and out of the hotel. The girl that served in the dining room had a warm smile and was very kind and she always tried to serve well and did great. The days she was off, it was an uncomfortable awkward experience just trying to have a simple breakfast. Just trying to get salt or getting condiments so that I could eat my food while it was hot, was almost impossible. As an exercise swimmer, the pool was very unclear at first. I asked if it could be cleaned and their was resistance to do so. Eventually it was cleaned and later it was much better. I booked my room for two and my girlfriend was only able to be with me part of the time. One evening when I walked into reception with her, the guy was rude and disrespectful and interrogating us both. It was a very uncomfortable and unacceptable situation. I had booked it for two weeks. Two days before I left, one evening, there was a rat running on the soffit near the ceiling. I didn’t complain about it because my stay was nearly finished and I don’t know what they would even try to do to remedy the situation. The balconies are nice and overall it was quiet and peaceful.

My spouse and I stayed here for the first time, based on a recommendation from a friend who had previously visited. The hotel has a calm ambiance, and the staff's discreet yet hospitable service makes for a very comfortable stay. It's the perfect environment for anyone seeking health and tranquility for themselves or their family. The pool water is chlorine-free, which is great for a pleasant swim without any burden on the body. The dedicated yoga studio, athletic gym, and SPA offer a wide range of activities and menus to choose from, which is very appealing. I personally participated in kickboxing and received instruction tailored to my skill level. The food also caters to vegans and vegetarians, so I believe anyone can enjoy a delicious meal. Furthermore, having Japanese-speaking local staff on hand for any issues provides great peace of mind. Overall, it was an extremely satisfying stay.

Our stay at Memoire Palace Resort was a mix of delightful hospitality and frustrating miscommunication. Positives: • The staff were consistently warm, polite, and welcoming, always greeting us with genuine smiles. • The massage itself was excellent — relaxing and skillfully done. • Resort facilities such as the swimming pool, jacuzzi, and restaurants were top-notch, adding to the overall comfort and enjoyment of our stay. Areas for Improvement: • Communication between the reception and the spa, as well as between staff during shift changes, was poor. Despite confirmed bookings, our itinerary was disrupted multiple times. • The spa seemed understaffed, often reducing or rescheduling the committed time even after prior confirmation. • Transportation arrangements were unreliable. After booking a ride to the airport, the agreed price was unexpectedly changed at the last minute, which was disappointing. Overall Impression: Memoire Palace Resort has wonderful staff and excellent facilities, but operational inefficiencies in communication and booking management significantly impacted our experience. With improvements in coordination and reliability, this resort could truly match the high standards its staff and amenities suggest.

Good environment, comfy room and good price👍🏻

The sofa in the room had some old stains, but the housekeepers cleaned the room meticulously every day and had excellent service attitudes. My mom doesn't speak English but the staff perfectly understood her requests for water. The à la carte breakfast was great, plentiful, and diverse; the noodle soup was especially delicious and I highly recommend it! I ordered a lot every day, and the staff were never impatient. They even remembered I liked pancakes – one day they ran out, and the next day they reminded me I could order them. A big thank you to all the staff for their warm service, especially Ms. Oeurm!

Staff are great and friendly. Environment is the best and the pool also great. Room service is fast and the food is good. Overall, everything is excellent.

I stayed for two nights. The shared part was hot because the air conditioner was not working, but the room and cleanliness were good and the staff were generally satisfied. The location of the electricity in the room was difficult to understand, and I spent the first day in a state. On the second day, the concert was held by the pool side of 1F until after 22:30 and it was very noisy. People who walk for a long time due to visiting the ruins the next day will not be able to sleep enough the day before, and if possible, I would like the concert to end around 9 o'clock.

The five-star hotel in Cambodia is well-equipped, but the Wi-Fi in the room is poor, the breakfast is rich, and the urban transportation is convenient. Diagonally opposite is the Cultural Village and a large Ferris wheel, but it takes more than 10 minutes to walk to a better restaurant.

Excellent welcome and service in a very well located hotel because it is close to the center but in a quiet street. Large rooms, a little old but very pleasant. One downside: average breakfast

Bathroom and toilet The bathroom is equipped with two types of showers. One is a handheld type that is easy to use and comfortable. The other is a rain shower that pours down from above, giving you a refreshing feeling as if you were in nature. There is plenty of shampoo, treatment, and body soap provided, and they are replenished every day, so you don't have to worry about running out during your stay. There are also a full range of bath amenities available. • Razors: 2 sets • Combs: 2 sets • Shower caps: 2 sets (convenient when you want to rinse your body without washing your hair) • Toothbrushes: 2 sets (easy to use and sturdy) • White bathrobes: 2 sets (soft to the touch, perfect for relaxing) • White slippers: 2 sets (clean and comfortable to wear) • Small sanitary bags: 2 sets (an essential etiquette when staying with a loved one, or even with other women) Water They will replenish two bottles of mineral water when cleaning your room, or every day if you request it. This is another nice feature. Tea and coffee A wide variety of teas and coffees are available. Please see the photo for the actual lineup. Refrigerator and air conditioner There is nothing in the refrigerator, but the temperature can be adjusted and it can cool things down well. Glasses 2 sets of glass cups suitable for brushing teeth (located in the bathroom) 2 sets of wine glasses 2 sets of regular tall glasses Air conditioner Designed for comfort and ease of use, it can be set up to 16 degrees, so it keeps the room cool even on hot days. Overall hotel atmosphere The entire hotel is surrounded by greenery, creating a comfortable space. The natural atmosphere makes this hotel even more special, helping you forget the hustle and bustle of the city.
