Good hot springs. You get complimentary tickets as you check-in. Breakfast is nice. They have mix of Western and Chinese food. The view is amazing Room was spacious and clean Swimming pool facilities were alright The place gave a vibe of retirement house. A lots of Chinese grandpas and grandmas ruin five-star hotel magic by their rural behaviour. The customer service doesn't meet 5 star hotel grade. We met only 1 staff who was able to speak English. There is no any food service in hotel after 11 pm which is also shame for 5 star hotel

We took our kids to Huzhou for the second time and chose the Tianlai Zhimeng Hot Spring Hotel. It is the villa area next to the Sheraton. The environment is like entering a tropical botanical garden. It is very Southeast Asian style. The room is super large and there is a private hot spring with daily water change. It is clean and hygienic. On the day of check-in, the customer service manager Leo was very enthusiastic and thoughtful. He helped us carry our luggage and introduced the facilities. He also arranged a full set of toiletries for the children. Later, he responded to all our requests without getting tired of it. I was very touched.
