Citi Hotel Aberdeen

NEVER book this hotel. It is not safe for women. They have homeless residents staying of other nationalities our door was repeatedly knocked and tried by strange men. They was always men wandering the corridors. The rooms are run down damage everywhere dirty and I wouldn’t even rate this 1 star. They have horrible rooms and one pillow that I would compare to a crisp packet. The whole place is just run down and dirty would never stay here again. I didn’t feel safe

Room 401 - Deep clean desperately needed = all sorts of stains on walls and doors throughout room , bath panel . The bath itself has a large chip next to taps and several poor repairs , there was also no soaps in the two dispensers . The furniture in the room was ripped and badly worn (2 x chair’s and bedside units) the electric heating unit has never been cleaned in years and in my opinion is fitted in a dangerous position as the curtains drape onto it. (Fire risk) The breakfast room/ bar = the bar is not staffed you have to ring a bell and then wait, as for the breakfast, pre-cooked and shoved under heat lamps to bake hard .Lastly no onsite parking = hidden cost
