Went into the Palm Court to have family lunch before heading away on holiday. Was greeted warmly by Linda and (head chef Jayne) on reception who I chatted to before I was shown a seat in the bar by Joseph and Ross. Had ham and Brie toastie, scampi and chips which everyone enjoyed! Great experience made better by the team there!

We went to the Palm Court for Father’s day breakfast and even though it was super busy, the service was still amazing! The full breakfast was huge and very filling! The veggie breakfast wrap was also a hit. We were served by Maisie and Jenna who were both very friendly and engaging. It was overall a lovely meal and will definitly be back!

The welcome you get from Angelique and family is amazing, spotlessly clean the breakfasts are amazing too, nothing is to much trouble the o accommodate you give it a try you won't be disappointed , I would recommended this hotel to everyone. Well done guys!

We had dinner and drinks at the palm court after my daughter's wedding. The food was outstanding. Head Chef Jayne and her staff prepared excellent meals and deserts. Our server Ella could not have done a better job. She was prompt, friendly, engaging, and very pleasant. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

The staff can make or break a place,,,, the staff here certainly make it. Friendly(always with a smile), helpful. Jenna & Jayne to name but 2. Keep your staff and things will only get better. Food was delicious, fresh and hot. Room was very clean, tidy and spacious. I would recommend

Palm Court is a characterful, slightly shabby hotel. Beautifully clean. We had 3nights bed and breakfast and attended a wedding at the hotel. It was a delightful stay from start to finish. The food was delicious in the restaurant and at the wedding. But what made it so special was the staff. I can’t praise them enough. I’m slightly disabled and their patience and kindness was wonderful. Everyone was super. Jenna was always on the spot when we needed help (as if by magic!) Emma was determined to make our trip fun and her excellent local knowledge sent us off exploring to some lovely places. Bev couldn’t have done more to make everything comfortable , looking after us so kindly. In fact every member of staff was a star!

Wonderful small inn. Easy to get to. Beautifully designed and maintained. Very clean. Staff, including Jenna at the front desk, very helpful and accommodating. Attached restaurant very nice. Well situated. A great place to stay in Aberdeen.

Had dinner recently with my daughter. Fish and chips were fabulous and the Bread and Butter pudding was like Christmas on a plate! Delicious. Lovely friendly atmosphere. Jenna and all the staff made us very welcome. Will visit again next time I am in Aberdeen.

Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, sehr sauber, gute Zimmerausstattung. Das beste Hotel auf unserer Rundreise. Sehr zu empfehlen. Abends sogar Livemusik in der Bar, im Restaurant sollte man zum Essen einen Tisch reservieren.
