Me and my husband actually found out about this hotel from a Hilton representative who refered us because I wasn't happy with their price at the Hampton which my price usually runs from 130 - 140 everything included. They stay was really comfortable the bed was my style and the rooms are renovated so everything was actually clean and I was happy at the end I always worry about any bugs like such at any hotel but this i can give them a thumbs up I'm satisfied thank you and the staff is very friendly I recommend to anyone passing thru for the stay

The hotel was dirty and pretty gross. I wasn’t expecting a whole lot due to the price point but youre better off staying at like super 8 motel. The photos of the rooms are misleading.

Worst hotel ever! Rooms are not kept clean enough. After a very rough, three weeks of waking up with bite marks, and welts I discovered that room had bedbugs. The front desk night shift said it would have to be delt with by day shift and only offered a fresh set of sheets so I waited. Spoke with day shift manager and she put us in the room right beside the old one. This “new” room was not very clean, there was some kind of dog hair or something all over the carpet and the bathrooms are very small. I’m very disappointed with how the situation was handled and will not be returning

The room we stayed in had a tick in the bed which unfortunately bit my husband. Since we do not have Lyme disease in Chile and considering VA is marked as a state that has this disease by de CDC we where really worried. At the front desk they could not help us or give us any response and gave as an email with the managers name. We showed them the tick just in case they would not believe us. Never got any response from them at all. Terrible response to customers.

The hotel was clean and modern, lobby was clean, front desk staff was friendly and responsive. Our room was modern and clean and absolutely no issues. Only suggestion would be to spread out tables in breakfast area a little farther from food counter, it seemed a little confining. However, this is not a negative and I would definitely stay here again.
