I liked everything about the hotel. Very friendly staff, ready to solve any problem you have if it arises. Large clean beach and beautiful sea. We took half board (breakfast and dinner), the food was varied and tasty, and drinks were provided in addition. The room had everything you needed, including an iron. In a word, I really didn’t want to leave, it was so good to relax there) I definitely recommend the hotel 👍🏻

Отличный отель для отдыха с семьей! Сервис превосходит все ожидания. Мы впервые выбрали отель на острове саадият и не разу не пожалели, здесь лучший пляж в Аду Даби! Для детей есть кидс клаб и сам бассейн не глубокий, поэтому можно спокойно отдыхать с маленькими детьми. Работники пляжа и бассейна были очень приветливы и вежливы, всегда помогали нам. Из ресторанов мы бы выделили итальянский ресторан Si , а также Turtle Bay, просто вкуснейшие блюда! Из развлечений в отеле есть спортивная анимация, проводятся разные активности в течение дня. Мы посещали утренние зарядки, аквазумбу, аквааэробику, водное поло, мини гольф. Спасибо Яне и Лауре за организацию веселых и полезных активностей! Что касается комнат, мы были приятно удивлены уборкой, а также наличию кофе машины в номере. Как мы и сказали, сервис отличный, всем рекомендуем!

Отдыхал в этом прекрасном отеле, пляж лучший в Абу Даби! Белоснежный песок, настоящие Мальдивы! Сервис на высшем уровне, питание, уборка, персонал. Не смотря на то, что в отеле очень спокойная атмосфера, мы нашли для себя активности, благодаря спортивным аниматорам Лауре и Яне. Девочки русскоговорящие, проводят йогу, аквааэробику, различные игры на пляже и в бассейне и не дают нам заскучать. Также хочется выделить работу официантов и поваров ресторанов. Вкуснейшие блюда, особенно понравилось обедать в итальянском ресторане. Комнаты уютные и имеют все необходимое, уборка номеров каждый день. Отель в целом оставил очень хорошее впечатление, буду рекомендовать его знакомым!

Has potential bur very poor service. Mahmoud at concierge was very cold and judgemental at check-in. Check in was poor, no drinks offered on arrival, even though it was 40 degrees. They do not take you to your room, just provide directions. Benjamin from room service was very friendly and made my evening with a lovely smile and nice chit chat. Chantal was lovely enough to provide extra towels as reservations did not provide enough towels for 2 people..

I had an incredible one-night stay in the family room ( connected Room ) at Rotana Saadiyat. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it perfect for our family. The highlight was definitely the beautiful sea, which was just perfect for a relaxing day. Breakfast was delightful, with a wide variety of options that catered to everyone’s tastes. A special thanks to Ms. Soukaina Al Fadili for arranging the booking and ensuring everything was smooth. Her assistance made our stay even more enjoyable. We can’t wait to come back!

Excellent service! From the moment we stepped into the hotel lobby, we were greeted with warmth by the staff. Henry was so kind to our youngest (who was a bit fussy as he didn't get to nap on the trip to the hotel) and offered him a treat of marshmallows, which our little one loved. Checkin was smooth, I wasn't able to get the names of the staff but again, great service. Our meal experiences at Sim Sim was also great. We had Arabic Cuisine on our first night and International on our second night. Great selection of food also for breakfast. And we particularly loved how the staff was always there to take care of us -- Ismail, Sita, Abdul, Mugula. Our room had sea view and it was just lovely. Up to date tech when it comes to temperature and room amenities controls (lights, curtains, etc.). Beyond this, I think it's really the Rotana team's professionalism and warmth that really made an impression on us. Thank you Team Rotana for making our family's stay an unforgettable one! Highly recommended!
