Excellent hotel very central, friendly staff and clean. If I could pick on anything it would be that car park in not part of hotel but in saying this it is directly behind and a quick close walk.

My room have problem with toilet issues, when i turn on shower and use toilet got bad smell , i was arrived late and tired after long fly . So i did not have chance to ask for change different room . No free bottle of water for customers like normal hotel always give customers. I was surprised and disgusting about that when i paid expensive for Room . I traveled alot and stayed alot hotel with no star and 5 star. I never have that situation. Only the old man door can have my 5star with his service. He was so nice and friendly. And i got surcharge after i left Adelaide. When i did checkout , the staff checked and didn’t tell me about surcharge. When i fly to another city i got notification about surcharged. Im still waiting for response from Hotel .

location is great, room sizes is good with comfy bed, sufficient supply of toiletries and coffee tea at kitchenette top.

The concierge recommended a popular cafe in Adelaide and we loved it.

It is a relatively cost-effective hotel. The service is very good. It is cleaned every day. The front desk staff has a girl who can speak Chinese and is very kind. It is next to the University of Adelaide. I didn't take any photos of the hotel, so I just sent a picture. Night view of Drede University and nearby commercial street bars

The location is great and the bed is very comfortable - the biggest plus points this time. The service staff are all warm and friendly. The only pity is that as soon as I entered the room and put down the key card, I saw a golden hair on the dining bar. I wonder if it was left by the previous guest. The glass door of the bathroom didn't close tightly and the shower water was a little too small. But they can all accept it

The hotel has a good location. This time we sent our children to study at the University of Adelaide. The school is near the hotel. The hotel is clean and the service attitude is good. It was a pleasant trip.

The location of the Pullman Hotel is very good, the hotel breakfast is good, the room is relatively large, and it is very convenient to go everywhere.

Sanitation is poor! I don’t know anything on the sheets that hasn’t been washed, it’s disgusting 🤢
