"The location was excellent: just one street away from Central Market and Chinatown, and very close to a tram station, making it super convenient for getting around the city. However, we were disappointed by the apartment, which we found very unwelcoming and dark. The bedroom had no windows, and the living room windows were permanently covered by curtains that couldn't be opened. This meant we had to keep the lights on all the time. In the living room, only one of the three ceiling lights was working, creating a rather gloomy atmosphere. The check-out time between 8 and 10 AM also seemed a bit too early for us. Considering the price, we would have liked to be able to linger a bit longer."

"We were in a hurry and didn't have time to have breakfast. The room is quite big and should be able to accommodate an extra bed if needed. Can take children. The room itself is a double bed + a single bed. A family of three stays, sleeps more comfortably, and does not feel crowded. This is a country resort. The environment is very good. There is a parking lot and you can park."

"Family of 5, we booked the interconnecting rooms. Stayed for 3 nights, buffet breakfast is value for money as we don’t have to think of where to eat in the morning everyday. Staff has been great, walking distance to rundle mall, central market, chinatown and botanic garden. Around 10-25 min walk."

"There is a small corner kitchen in the room with complete cooking utensils, the room is comfortable, and the mattress and pillows are very comfortable. Appreciate the leaflets of many surrounding activities in the hotel. Opposite the hotel is a supermarket and a restaurant. There is a beautiful lake and a library nearby. There are many bus lines downstairs, and it is close to the Mawson Lakes campus of the University of South Australia."

"The room could use a bit of an update but I guess it's good for the price that it was for. It had everything you need for a business stay. You could get some noise from other room/ floor and a bit from outside but nothing major to upset my stay. There were no charging points next to the bed."

"The property is tidy but it’s not soundproof, you can hear the voice from other room and also outside. The good thing about staff are friendly and polite. The location is nearly at the end of the cbd if you prefer a little quite and far from noisy surroundings especially in cbd it’s a great place to stay."

"Excellent service from all staff. Attentiveness and polite. Clear communication on arrival. Ambience in hotel lobby, room perfect, buffet simple standard fair but good quality food. Variety enough for the small crowd staying in. Staff were friendly and prompt with our needs. Only 1 day after collecting our breakfast we asked if like usual the staff could place our coffee orders but she replied there a machine up front to help ourselves. Otherwise definitely return to the hotel for my trips to Adelaide."

"The room was a bit small, but it was clean and hygienic. The front desk staff, breakfast service, and housekeeping staff were all very friendly and helpful, always with a smile. The hotel's location in the city is very convenient, with a bus stop right outside. It's also very close to the busiest pedestrian street, just a 5-minute walk away."
