"Great. Building, services and staff.
GM/ hotel that much better I would encourage;
Gym needs expanding, peloton bikes, Pilates/Viga space 💲Vending machine"
"This kind of backpack is like this. It gives me a room for four people. I live alone. It is quite good. It has everything. I can cook by myself. I think it is quite good. The price is cheap. I recommend it."
"The location was excellent: just one street away from Central Market and Chinatown, and very close to a tram station, making it super convenient for getting around the city. However, we were disappointed by the apartment, which we found very unwelcoming and dark. The bedroom had no windows, and the living room windows were permanently covered by curtains that couldn't be opened. This meant we had to keep the lights on all the time. In the living room, only one of the three ceiling lights was working, creating a rather gloomy atmosphere. The check-out time between 8 and 10 AM also seemed a bit too early for us. Considering the price, we would have liked to be able to linger a bit longer."
"We were in a hurry and didn't have time to have breakfast. The room is quite big and should be able to accommodate an extra bed if needed. Can take children. The room itself is a double bed + a single bed. A family of three stays, sleeps more comfortably, and does not feel crowded. This is a country resort. The environment is very good. There is a parking lot and you can park."
"Family of 5, we booked the interconnecting rooms. Stayed for 3 nights, buffet breakfast is value for money as we don’t have to think of where to eat in the morning everyday. Staff has been great, walking distance to rundle mall, central market, chinatown and botanic garden. Around 10-25 min walk."
"There is a small corner kitchen in the room with complete cooking utensils, the room is comfortable, and the mattress and pillows are very comfortable. Appreciate the leaflets of many surrounding activities in the hotel. Opposite the hotel is a supermarket and a restaurant. There is a beautiful lake and a library nearby. There are many bus lines downstairs, and it is close to the Mawson Lakes campus of the University of South Australia."
"The room could use a bit of an update but I guess it's good for the price that it was for. It had everything you need for a business stay. You could get some noise from other room/ floor and a bit from outside but nothing major to upset my stay. There were no charging points next to the bed."
"The property is tidy but it’s not soundproof, you can hear the voice from other room and also outside. The good thing about staff are friendly and polite. The location is nearly at the end of the cbd if you prefer a little quite and far from noisy surroundings especially in cbd it’s a great place to stay."
"Excellent service from all staff. Attentiveness and polite. Clear communication on arrival.
Ambience in hotel lobby, room perfect, buffet simple standard fair but good quality food. Variety enough for the small crowd staying in.
Staff were friendly and prompt with our needs.
Only 1 day after collecting our breakfast we asked if like usual the staff could place our coffee orders but she replied there a machine up front to help ourselves.
Otherwise definitely return to the hotel for my trips to Adelaide."
"The room was a bit small, but it was clean and hygienic. The front desk staff, breakfast service, and housekeeping staff were all very friendly and helpful, always with a smile. The hotel's location in the city is very convenient, with a bus stop right outside. It's also very close to the busiest pedestrian street, just a 5-minute walk away."

GGuest UserLovely kept rooms. Accessible to many shops and food within walking distance. Booked at last minute too and also with amazing price point also when comparing to other stay places. Modernness was appealing too and not rundown at all. Definately would stay here again for any type of stay

GGuest UserThe room was generally clean. The hotel doesn’t have a heating system — only air conditioners that cool, which made the stay uncomfortable during colder weather.
What really affected my experience, though, was an encounter with one of the staff members. While some staff were fine, one older lady made a deeply inappropriate and racist comment about me as I was returning to my room. There had been no real interaction between us that could justify such a remark — it was unprovoked and very hurtful. I felt extremely uncomfortable and disrespected.
No one should have to experience this kind of treatment, especially in a place meant to be welcoming. Unfortunately, that incident has left a lasting negative impression on what could have been a neutral or even positive stay.
HHuahuatuI booked an apartment with a living room, kitchen, a bathroom, and two bedrooms with a large bed and two single beds. The kitchen appliances are very complete, including an electric stove oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, washing machine and dryer, and a full range of tableware and pots. Very good

GGuest UserGreat location, breakfast in the morning smelt fantastic coming down to reception, lovely pool on the roof. Just don’t forget to pre book parking else you end up in the Wilson parking down the road which is still ok just not ideal.

GGuest UserSuperior Two Queen Room is spacious - love the walk-in closet where we can put our luggages. Spotlessly clean except the carpet which looks a bit old and tired. Central location just opposite Railway Station. No microwave or bowls and plates inside the room, but there's a microwave that we can use on Level 1. Great service, they allowed us to check-in early as both our toddler & baby were sleeping when we arrived at 10am and our room was ready. They also allowed luggage storage after we checked out in the morning and wanted to explore the city for a few more hours. In the first night I did find one cockroach in the bathroom which quickly crawled away as I approached the sink, but no issue overall.

YYUDAThe hotel is very nice, the front desk is too welcoming, the price is very real, the room is large, the air conditioning is sufficient, and there is the PAC school next to it, which is very convenient for children to study there.
GGuest UserThe hotel location was great, just far enough away from main cbd to have good sleep, but within east walking distance for everything. The breakfast was delicious and the receptionist arranged a take out breakfast as we had an early start with a day trip. Fantastic service.

TTracy McCourtI have stay at the Links hotel quite often without any issues, but this time was different. I booked through a booking website for 2 adults and 3 children, for 2 nights. First night was ok, came back 2nd day after going out for a while, aircon had been turned off, cleaners came in when we asked them not to, made 2 beds and left the double bed, didn’t clean anything at all and only left 2 towels.
When I questioned the receptionist she said I only booked for 2 people for the 2nd night. And she was quite rude , yet I had confirmation on my phone otherwise. The booking company sent thru only 2 people for 2nd night. They got it wrong and I had no apology from her or any explanation of why the room was “cleaned “ like that . I’m not happy about it and doubt I’ll stay there again! 😡
