A warm welcome with Moroccan tea, and staff very friendly, everyone who works in the hotel greets you, The breakfast buffet was very extensive paint sprayer, Moroccan tea, chefs so professionals you are asked with a smile what kind of fried eggs you want nice swimming pool, only the coffee was bad not drinkable everyone left their coffee standing, you could also drink coffee or tea in your room, but there was no milk powder I don't drink coffee without milk, the last one I almost had to pay Tourist tax while I already told Trip .com had been paid on the voucher including all taxes, later that was resolved and had a really nice day.

Pre arrival We experienced excellent pre arrival service. The Duty manager Azzelarab emailed us and recognised our loyalty and ensured to check in regarding any special requests prior to our arrival Check in Courteous and professional staff members at reception checked us in promptly, welcoming us with Moroccan tea before showing us to our beautiful room. Reception The reception area is aesthetically pleasant and modern. The vibe at the hotel is also pleasant. Room Breathtakingly beautiful terrace suite with sunrise and sunset views. This room is the best appointed and I could not recommend it more. We came with our extended family and they were sure to arrange the rooms together and this was a huge benefit with the children. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, very modern and with all the amenities needed. The sunset in the evening is the absolute icing on the cake. They surprised us with a birthday cake and a lovely celebration which made us feel so special. We have traveled to over 50 cities and the hospitality at Hyatt regency taghazout has to be amongst the best we experienced. Kids club Kids enjoyed the kids club but we didn’t use it extensively because they wanted to constantly be in the pool! They did pony riding, bracelet making and colouring. There were other activities like water splash, beach activity, tug of war etc. There is a large trampoline beside the kids club which is a good touch for a hotel of this size. There is also a games room and cinema, as well as evening entertainment. Food With the kids being young, we generally ended up ordering kids room service. Restaurants don’t always work for us because of the children’s limited concentration span! The restaurants did look good but we didn’t get to try them. They were well appointed and Sud had lovely views of the sea and beach. We had access to the club regency lounge which had soft drinks and canapés in the evening. Abdel Rahim in the lounge was very professional and courteous. Breakfast A vast array of items for breakfast of high quality. Excellent service and quality, and things were always replenished. The breakfast sitting was busy but did not feel chaotic. Sometimes the pancake and egg station had queues with long waits so maybe this can be looked into. Maryam and Khadija were always super helpful and remembered our breakfast preferences. They were very pleasant, friendly and always accommodating. My sister was ill one day and Shaima B brought her lemon and honey water without us requesting it. It’s these little touches that make such a difference. Management The service as mentioned above has to be amongst the best we have experienced. We have traveled far and wide including luxurious resorts in Mauritius and the Maldives, however the Moroccan hospitality experienced here at Hyatt Regency Taghazout has to be commended for its excellence. This resort will surpass any expectations. The resort is beautiful,  incredibly comfortable, and spotless . The varied choice of food is perfectly cooked with amazing attention to detail....... and this is not even the best part!  The staff are absolutely incredible in every way! We went for a relaxing lazy holiday for 7 nights but this holiday will stay with us for a long time! We arrived late at night,  the following day the weather was not its best so we took advantage of the Hammam, massage and jacuzzi package.  This experience is highly recommended. The spa staff are professional,  thorough, and will make you feel incredible. We were spoilt for choice in the restaurant,  the staff are so attentive and will happily help in any way they can to make you feel special. Remember the lazy weekend we wanted? I opted to join in on the yoga classes, aqua aerobics,  darts,  crazy golf,  arabic lessons, and managed to catch the majority of the Tagine demonstration ( she managed to join in for the full demonstration ), which incidently tasted perfect. We skipped the dance lessons but still attended to watch. There is plenty to do here and still plenty of time to relax. The staff make time for you, and this makes the holiday so  special and unique. We recently stayed at Radisson Blu taghazout and had an amazing experience. A heartfelt thank you to the Kids Club team, especially Mrs. Fadwa and her assistants naïma and aya , for their kindness and attentiveness with the children. They were incredibly caring and offered a wide range of exciting activities that our children absolutely loved. We were pleasantly surprised by the Kids Club option, which gives us a little time for ourselves. Also the breakfast was exceptional: abundant, varied, and delicious.  Nothing was missing, and everything was perfectly presented. We  loved the hotel itself, with its beautiful and serene setting. The tranquility and beauty of the place allowed us to relax and fully enjoy our time there. We have lasting memories of this experience and are already looking forward to returning.

The Hotel and Complex were pleasant, the grounds well kept with trees, fountains and hedges plenty of greenery. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a nice variety but on one occasion I noticed that the Chef tried the milk and then removed it!!! I had just eaten my cereal on which I had poured the milk, so was concerned that it might have caused an issue!! Although comfortable both our room and the Hotel could use a little freshening up, splash of paint. But as we just had the B&B option we were out most of the time Two pools both well kept and with plenty of room around for relaxing and a bar for food and drinks. All in all a good time.

Was for fist time to visiting ağadır the hotel was great from start from reception hospitality 10 of 10 Hicham from reception person was very helpful anytime when I was asking any help hi all was help me with everything I would love ke to say thank you a lot and all the hotel staff was very friendly I highly recommend to everyone to stay to hotel only one thing the Budha bar was bad experience for me if thay know you are turist thay will charge you 3 time extra I don’t recommend to any turist there westing money best bar in ağadır is Zanzibar highly recommended to everyone I would like to say thank you to hotel staff was great to stay the view ağadır

The staff was very polite and welcoming. Rooms were clean. There was a problem with the WiFi and they changed me to a different room with better WiFi. The internet speed of WiFi was not very great but it was okay. The intercom was not working in both the rooms I stayed in. The location of the hotel is good. It is close to the beach (just at a walking distance). For the taxi driver, it was hard to find the hotel. The prices of the food in restaurant were reasonable. But they took a lot of time to prepare.

The staff here don't know how to look after customers or complaints. Our first room had tiles falling off the wall, unfinished grout and a musky odor. Our second room was fine, however the design of the basic rooms leaves a lot to be desired. They haven't been updated since they first opened by the looks of it, sub par for a 5 star hotel. More verging on a rundown 3 star room. When I wasn't with my wife, she would be asked what her room number is, this happened on 3 occasions. The staff aren't proactive, you must always call them over or get up and walk to them to get attention for little things. They never replenished our water in the 4 nights we were there, each time having to talk to someone. Or calling concierge. We were told and checkin that our return transfer would be complimentary, it wasn't and I had to have that removed from my bill. We burned ourselves at breakfast due to the faulty bread toster, staff just watched as things happened, no one ever asked to help. You must be self sufficient in this hotel, unless your Arab or French. The hotel manager was informed of all of this at checkout. No remedy was taken, if anything condescending remarks on how I said it was ”okay” in the morning the single time she asked if everything was fine. I should've refused to pay the bill. Terrible place. 1 star. Ruined the end of our holiday.
