We had very good times at this hotel.Staff was very friendly specially Jeffery page he was very helpful and very cheerful person best man we met in USA

The hotel is in a good location, just a few minutes drive from the highway, and 20 minutes drive from Malibu Beach. However, the hotel's hygiene is not good. I found that the bed sheets and pillowcases were not replaced before going to bed on the day of check-in. The sheets were wrinkled and there were hair on them. The customer service sent new sheets and pillowcases, and I changed them myself. The room is close to the highway and very noisy. The water temperature in the shower room is difficult to adjust, and the water output of the shower head is very small. The overall experience is not good.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a few minutes from the highway. The room is large and clean, everything is good.

The lobby environment is good, the room is clean and sanitary, and the stove and tableware are easy to use compared with similar hotels. The room area is small compared to the housing price. The breakfast is monotonous, and the lobby does not provide free self-service coffee and hot drinks.

Had a great stay last week! Beds were comfortable and staff was great! I want to give a special THANK YOU to David who worked in breakfast area. He made our morning with his smile and great service! Food was good! Thank you David! Pool was great and rooms were clean! We will be back and thank you all!

Fairly new and excellent facility. Hallways can get a little confusing as there's a conference center in the middle and it's 2 connected hotels, but other than that, great amenities. I really dislike the stoves with the touch-surface controls, which I've seen at other places too, but other than...the nicest TownPlace I've stayed.

Nice, newer property that is well maintained and well appointed. The only weird thing is that it’s in the same building as a Courtyard by Marriott and I wasn’t initially clear on where to park and check in. Once I figured out that it’s the same parking lot, same lobby, same common areas and same front desk, I got checked in and was on my way to my room. Had and overall great stay!

New, beautifully designed one bedroom suite with kitchen that was perfect for our five night stay. Quiet. Comfortable bed and furnishings. Expansive sitting room. Kind, helpful staff. With appreciation. Pet friendly. Great location.
