My friends and I booked Bianky Beach for a birthday and were all very excited. We then received an email saying our trip was cancelled due maintenance work needed from a storm in January. We were reassured that we would be refunded, however began to become suspicious when 1 month later not one member of our party had received a refund. When emailing, some members of our party were ignored completely and I received a response to say that they refunded me 3 weeks earlier on Feb 2nd. I checked with my bank and no refund had been issued. They also said the same lie to my friend who also checked with her bank. Upon receiving no further response from bianky beach we contacted them on Instagram. Minutes after posting our inquiry and comment about the lack of refund and terrible customer service, both myself and my friend were blocked. Friends from our group are still on their Instagram and can see our comments and requests for a refund have been deleted. Bianky beach clearly do not want this to affect their reputation, however they should be honest and issue a refund and give a clear explanation, apologising for the delay, rather than lie and steal from customers. My friends and I will be contacting the consumer court tomorrow and the police if this is not resolved as a matter of urgency. We have all all evidence from our bookings and bank statements that evidence no refund has been made. I have made a copy of my tripadvisor review should this be deleted by Bianky Beach yet again as I am so disgusted with their customer service. Ashley Kennedy
