Greatest The perfect place from which to explore Helsinki Very comfortable and warm room. Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work with my laptop. Great TV and really excellent hot shower, so easy to use. Friendly staff and fantastic breakfasts. I love the Karelian pies. The hotel is very central within easy reach of shops, eating places and metro, trams, buses and the Central Station. I will certainly be back."

Would like to say, that i had my best experience and vibes in Bianky with everyone was very welcoming and helpful specially that awesome Rana there made our reservation like a snap and made it so easy to all of us. Definitely won’t be the last time to visit and everytime I’ll be in UAE, Bianky is my first destination Thank you guys for such an experience . Would highly recommend it to everyone ❤️❤️

All the negative reviews are true especially their refund system. they will just cancel your booking and tell they will refund your payment. send to you an email without reference number of the refund transaction. they have reasons and they lie all the time. They even blamed the bank for not returning our money. And bank just laughed and told us we got scammed. So beware and save your money and time.

My friends and I booked Bianky Beach for a birthday and were all very excited. We then received an email saying our trip was cancelled due maintenance work needed from a storm in January. We were reassured that we would be refunded, however began to become suspicious when 1 month later not one member of our party had received a refund. When emailing, some members of our party were ignored completely and I received a response to say that they refunded me 3 weeks earlier on Feb 2nd. I checked with my bank and no refund had been issued. They also said the same lie to my friend who also checked with her bank. Upon receiving no further response from bianky beach we contacted them on Instagram. Minutes after posting our inquiry and comment about the lack of refund and terrible customer service, both myself and my friend were blocked. Friends from our group are still on their Instagram and can see our comments and requests for a refund have been deleted. Bianky beach clearly do not want this to affect their reputation, however they should be honest and issue a refund and give a clear explanation, apologising for the delay, rather than lie and steal from customers. My friends and I will be contacting the consumer court tomorrow and the police if this is not resolved as a matter of urgency. We have all all evidence from our bookings and bank statements that evidence no refund has been made. I have made a copy of my tripadvisor review should this be deleted by Bianky Beach yet again as I am so disgusted with their customer service. Ashley Kennedy

No lights, almost no water, no hot water, no service, no security. Young campers almost making out. You get nothing for what you pay for. Never forgot this experience which was supposed to be a romantic getaway from family and work stress
