Hotel was good everything was fine. But they tried to sell tours.. As they said they tried to help/support you but the truth is the owner is just a broker who wants to sell tours even outside of Luxor or money changes.

The hotel is in the west bank, the taxi fare is quite expensive from airport. The staff were helpful but the price of the tour offered by them was not cheap. The room was fair clean. But the river view is very good on the roof of the hotel.

Very dirty the facilities the kitchen full of flies the utensils in poor condition and dirty the bed linen smelling very dirty breakfast a scam very dry breads fruits with flies I do not recommend lunch or dinner at the hotel bad food I do not recommend it, if they go to Luxor only one day take a plane the first flight visit valley of the kings - then the museums a whole day after Take the last flight I don't recommend staying in Luxor lousy for tourism, a pity they don't value their cultural richness of the pharaohs I don't recommend this lousy hotel

Excellent west bank location, plenty of restaurants around. Good bed and warm shower. Easy access to Luxor East Bank using hotel recommended boat contact and the boat to yourself, inexpensive!! Very attentive host (can) arrange all for you, up to you. We took their recommended felucca ride at sunset, fantastic and good value. Their Temple visit to Dendara and Seti tombs, excellent, can be pricey as a private tour, well worth it. We had room 507 with stunning views across the Nile to Luxor palace. Always helpful staff

I was robbed in front of the hotel. I couldn't check in and the taxi driver had to take me back to the airport. In other words, I traveled to Luxor and wasn't even able to visit the city because of the damage that the hotel caused me, being located in a violent and dangerous location. I at least want a refund of what I paid, otherwise, I will make a point of reporting to as many people as possible the service that Trip.com provided me, offering a hotel where security was not even checked for tourists. It doesn't even mention anything about it. Absurd! What is the procedure to get my money back? My email: **************************. Thanks!

The boss and the children who serve are very enthusiastic. It would be better if the curtains were more shaded 😄

Beautiful hotel on the West Bank, gorgeous views of the Nile and temples from our balcony. The staff are super helpful and very attentive. The food in the restaurant was delicious and prepared with personal detail. The location is ideal for all tourist activities. I highly recommend this hotel!

If I could give this hotel on the West Bank 100 stars I would! We came during off season for tourists and were the only people there other than 1 or 2 guests. The staff were so hospitable. When we first arrived, they greeted us with complementary drinks and welcomed us like honored family guests. Mokhtar is a young man the same age as the young adults in our family and we loved learning about his family and Egypt from him. He took us to stores on the East Bank and helped us find a SIM card. He checked in with us every day and made sure we had everything we could need or want. One highlight was the food. The cook made amazing healthy and delicious food and was even able to accommodate a gluten allergy. We were very impressed with his concern for avoiding flour. This is huge for us in a country where most food contains wheat. He made us omelets, beans, falafel, and bread (french fries for the person with the gluten allergy) for breakfast every day. He made the best tagine and fish for dinners too. He is also a very kind, polite man. Our stay in Luxor was blessed by Abdel. The rooms were very clean. Our apartment even had a washing machine. The hotel has many tour options. We had booked a tour online for the West Bank but went on a tour of the East Bank (Karnak and Luxor temples) with a guide from the hotel. It was a great experience and we learned so much about the ancient religious practices. There may be fancier hotels and there were daily power cuts here as in most parts of Egypt, but the staff made our experience the best possible. I would highly recommend this hotel especially for anyone looking for a family-oriented experience of local hospitality.

Great hospitality and service whether it was breakfast, providing refreshments or taxi services. Really nice people and the apartment was also spacious and clean. Regarding the activities, there is a variety of options and all for a very good price. Definitely recommend having a meal on the boat with the sunset.

The accommodation was good, with great breakfast and a great view to the Nile from the terrace. I received a complimentary drink from the owner once I arrived and whilst they were fixing my room. I recommend the place since is located very close to the boats or if you prefer not to fight about the prices you can ask Mr Mahmoud or Any of the staff to schedule a boat for you, always check the price first. And you have also mini market or restaurant around.

The worst part of the experience was the noise at night. Very difficult to get a good night's sleep. The numerous staff/family operating the hotel are constantly moving and talking, cleaning, climbing and descending the internal stairs. 1 am or 4 am, it doesn't matter, shouting on the phone is considered normal... The "call to prayer" sounds at 5 am are actually familiar, nice and soothing to me (from hearing them for years in Asia). The loud street noises (motorcycles, boat engines, shouting and music) I can understand and accept. But the stair and courtyard noises and loud talking were completely avoidable, especially since they were not made by tourists (no keys turning, door slamming or trolley dragging). The problem is worse in the small bedrooms with the "mirror" windows that face the internal stairs. Double the noise (we had room 555). Of course, I clearly and politely mentioned the problem to management after the first bad night. I cannot recommend the terrace restaurant except for breakfast. The view is quite good, the food was decent, but you can get a better, more authentic (and cheaper) experience in the restaurants on the East bank. Other than this, cleanliness was average and the facilities were satisfactory. The Nile balcony view is nice. Also the top terrace view, sunset, sunrise or hot air ballon view was impressive. The staff does seem to try to be accommoding during the day. I can't speak for the tours they offer, we eventually declined them and booked separate temple tours online, but I did not get the sense we were getting any good deals, actuality quite the opposite... We found good local shops in the area (especially the local falafel and sweets shops) and really enjoyed the experiences and products they offered. Overall, as seasoned, curious and open travelers, I wish we could, but we cannot really recommend Spring hotel, unfortunately. Not even if it was less than half the price... Spent 3 nights here in one apartment booked on airbnb (4 people, 2 couples) in December 2023. By the way, at this time you could rent 2 apartments for 2 persons each, at exactly the same price. P.S. I am writing this at 5 am because I cannot sleep, on my last night at the hotel, as someone takes a loud phone call outside...

We had the most amazing stay! Ashraf was a fantastic host and hooked us up with some really great activities in the area for good prices. The location is perfect since the West Bank has the majority of the ancient ruins and is more quiet / relaxed than the east bank. The ferry boats are also right outside the door and are very affordable if you do ever want to go to the east bank for a day or night. Make sure to rent a bike from the hotel and cruise to the lesser known temples and tombs of the West Bank. It’s very safe and you can go at your own pace. Enjoy Luxor!

Thank you soo much for your hostility and help during our stay. All the staffs and owner is very helpful, entire hotel is very clean inside and outside, great sunrise view, hot air balloon view and breakfast from the restaurant and roof top. There is also a pool table and barbeque area on roof top. Nice and quite location, there are some shops at doorsteps. During our stay, my wife was coughing at restaurant and the owner notice and provide some kind of herbal drink as remedy, which really works well unbelievable. The owner also arrange a boat trip to banana island by calling the boat man to the hotel to negotiate the price by our self.
