Hotel Palacete de Alamos Reviews

A very disappointing hotel with several problems. On arrival nobody was on reception and the door locked so I had to wait 10 minutes to enter. My room had no window in spite of being described as having a courtyard view. A misleading scam. When I complained the only option was to pay 50 euros extra for a higher category room. The shower didnt work properly, surging from tepid to scalding. I reported this and they said it was a common issue and they would fix it. They did not but they did refund the 50 upgrade charge. Finally on the morning we left I went to breakfast at 7.50am but was made to wait until 8am when “breakfast started”. Avoid.

Hotel location is excellent, it’ located in the heard of tourist area. Hotel room is clean, big enough to open 2 of our 30” suitcases, bed and pillows are comfortable as well. All the hotel staffs are professional, helpful and super nice. i highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Malaga.

Hotel in a super central location. Very kind and really attentive staff. Seeing from the documents that it was my birthday, they reserved a surprise for me at breakfast. A gesture that I appreciated very much. I hope to come back soon.
