The hotel is very clean, my bathrooms were shining. Friendly and efficient staff.It is not in the center, but it is well connected to the metro and you can arrive in the center in about 20 minutes.

It's a 5-minute walk to the subway. It's a convenient hotel. The front desk doesn't work in the morning and evening. You have to enter from the parking lot after ten o'clock in the evening. What's convenient is that breakfast is provided, and slippers and other items are not provided in the room.

Black mold in the shower stall on the corners and on the shower screen. Rust on a soap holder. Breakfasts are great! Sausages, cheeses, vegetables, bread and muesli with milk. Well, drinks.

This hotel is ok, but carpet need to be exchanged. Shower is okay, everything’s fine. Metro station is nerby. Breakfasts is good. They have everything there. Coffee and tea is available 24/7 which is very nice. The reception is closing very soon…

I stayed for one week. The Hotel was exactly what I expected for a 3 star hotel. The room was clean but modest. The breakfast was typical German style which I enjoyed. The WIFI worked well. The location is excellent being about 200m from the Ubahn station.

Very friendly staff. Perfect for bike packing. Good value for money. Good breakfast. We asked for a safe place to lock our bicycles and this could promptly by arranged. The magnetic key card didn't always work properly.

After a long trip being there and seeing that you have done a wrong booking what I can say more..... But the lady on the reception was really very helpful, first she calm down us and then she fix the reservation in the same price without extra costs. The room was very clean and very big. The bathroom separate from the shower.. The breakfast very good.. Everything perfect..I will be back definitely again.

Avoid regarding the cleanliness and rudeness of the male person at the reception. Old hotel without air conditioning and dirty and malfunctioning fans, stained carpets everywhere and ants in the rooms. Safes in the rooms that I could verify were broken, the combination is not set so it opens only with the key, which unfortunately we lost, that same evening the male person at the reception told us that they only had one key (liar) he should have called the locksmith and did not know how much the intervention cost, the next morning with € 50 (robbery) the lady opened it with the second key, they try to get as much money as possible!!! And then they talk about us Italians!!!! Shame if the safe had been working all this would not have happened. The only positive note is the proximity to the metro.

I have stayed in this hotel several times and, as always, I am quite satisfied. It is worth asking directly at the hotel for special prices, rather than using booking portals. The hotel is located a little outside the city center on the other side of the Danube, but the "Kagraner Platz" subway station is a few minutes' walk away, which in turn takes you to the city center in about 10 minutes. A large shopping center is just one stop away (Kagran). The staff throughout the hotel are very friendly and helpful. The lady in the breakfast room deserves special recognition. The breakfast, which is usually included in the price of the overnight stay, offers everything your heart desires. The decor of the room is reminiscent of a somewhat more modern coffee house, the mirrors on the walls make the room seem even bigger than it already is. The rooms are not very big, but they are very clean and have good beds. The toilet and washroom are separate from each other. Unfortunately, it is not quite so quiet during the day at the moment because of the new building being built in the immediate vicinity. At night, however, you only sometimes hear the tram driving past.

Room 301 was NOT ready for occupancy!!! The room was still as the previous tenant had left it. The beds had not been freshly made, the towels had not been changed, and the rubbish had not been cleared away. Neither reception (according to the information folder in the room, reception should be open until 10 p.m.) nor a hotel hotline was available or reachable. We therefore called security. They contacted the hotel's on-call service and we were promised a replacement room. However, we had to wait over an hour for the security employee. The replacement room was only a two-bed room!!! A suitable room was not available!!! The two double rooms offered were not an option for us because of the children. My husband and I spent the night with our two grandchildren in triple room 201. Daughter and son-in-law moved into the replacement room 202. In the triple room, however, there were only 3 blankets, which was of course extremely uncomfortable and cold. The security staff member was instructed to inform us that we would be refunded the entire amount of the bill!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Before leaving on Sunday morning, I wanted to discuss the matter with reception. I was informed that they would only be open from 12 noon. No one was available by phone either. However, the room must be vacated by 11 a.m. There is no mailbox for returning keys or for messages. This matter was extremely annoying and unpleasant for us and the children and spoiled our stay in Vienna. It is outrageous that there is no contact person at the hotel for emergencies. Especially since the security staff knew very well that the hotel had an on-call service and how to contact them. The security staff member on site was very friendly and helpful. To date, there has been no refund and not even the hotel manager has been in touch. So cheap but not recommended.

The rooms are spacious and clean and have everything you need. A good breakfast buffet awaits you in the morning. The hotel is close to the Kagraner Platz underground station (U1) and you can be in the city in 20 minutes. The staff are always very friendly.

The room was only cleaned very superficially, the floor was not only a horrible old carpet, but it had also obviously not been vacuumed and there were hairs in the bed. When I told reception this, he went into the room to check my statement and came back annoyed that although he would give me another room, he did not understand the fuss about a hair and that carpets were just like that. It seemed as if I should be ashamed of finding the room horrible, not the hotel for giving me a horrible room. Unfortunately, the new room was not much better (still toilet paper in the toilet, hair in the bed, towel and sink), but at least the floor was clean. I definitely did not want to disturb the poor receptionist again. The only bright spot was the breakfast.
