"- The check-in process is a bit tedious. Like in airports, there are machines to self-checkin, but there are many but there are many information to provide (you can do it online, but I never do).
- Located a bit far from the Westbanhof (1 statiok + a few minutes walk or 15min walks from the station). Wien is not a dangerous place, but compared to A&O Haufptbahnof, it's a bit different :)
- Prices changes are relatively stable, compared to A&O Haufptbahnof.
- The rooms are tidy and very large. You use a key card to enter your room. However, the inside of a bed IS well designed, in which you are not directly exposed to sunlight/room lights
- You have to make your bed, which is a bit annoying.
- Towels are provided, as well as soap/shower gel and a hair dryer.
- The main entrance is easy to locate, parking near and large reception/ bar inside.
- There is a storage room, you ask for the keys at the reception and there are cameras, which is good"
"The hotel location is the best. It is 2 minutes walk to the pedestrian zone and less than 15 minutes walk to museums. There are many food options
The breakfast is excellent and the hours from 6:30 am to 10:30 am suits many people , even if you sleep later.
Coffee is inside the room free of charge and they refill it every day.
Daily house keeping was excellent.
Cons are : The room is dark color and not lively. It is a bit depressing but it is ok and I minus 1 star but this is a personal preference. I don’t like cages closet. I also don’t like that the shower has one curtain side and one side that is completely open. It is fine for a couple but for 2 male friends, anyone who walk in will see a naked body showering.
There is a low table and it has dust on it so it is not that clean.
This hotel deserves a 9 plus score definitely and will recommend it to anyone who likes the price and the closeness to ‘actions’"
"This hotel is located outside the inner city, a bit far from the main attractions. The tram takes about half an hour, but it's affordable and packed.
Facilities: A bit dated, the elevator door needs to be closed, and there's no sink, but there's a bathtub. Overall, it's acceptable. The room has a refrigerator and all the amenities you need, and it's quite spacious. For the price, it's quite good for such a spacious room, triple beds, and breakfast included. The breakfast is good and quite plentiful.
Cleanliness: The hotel recommends reusing towels for environmental reasons, but if you need to change them, just leave them on the floor. I personally find that acceptable.
Environment: The hotel has a quaint, old-house feel. The bus stop is very close, making it very convenient for getting around. There's a large supermarket across the street, open from 6 AM to 10 PM—a truly remarkable addition in Vienna.
Service: Very good"
"Overall an enjoyable stay.
Room was comfortable and clean. While there is an electric kettle, you’ll need to pay extra for a tea or coffee package. May want to consider bringing your own cup and coffee/tea if you need a hot drink and want to save money.
Mine was a Smart Street room, so window faces out to the main road. Some traffic noise during rush hour but I didn’t find it disturbing as the surrounding area is generally quiet. But do take note if you are sensitive to noise.
About 5 min walk from the Kaisermühlen subway station, so travelling around Vienna is convenient. Also within walking distance to the Austria Center Vienna.
Hotel has a restaurant but other than that, there weren’t any restaurants or food places or supermarkets nearby. But this isn’t an issue if you’re ok to do subway travel.
Breakfast was good quality. Lobby and dining area was tastefully designed and vibrant. I did the check-in online, was convenient."
"sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer Top in Ordnung, Im Lift wurde geschüttet sodass auch am nächsten Morgen noch alles klebrig war.
Alles im allem eine sehr gute Absteige."
"The services at the reception was very efficient and friendly and helpful. Answer and fulfill all our requests. Location was good just opposite train station and buses."
"Beautiful hotel, tasteful interiors, spacious rooms with balcony, very clean, superb personnel and great location in front of Schönbrunn Castle gardens and close to U4 line to the City Centre (about 15min by subway to reach Karlsplatz/Opera/Ringstr).
With my highest recommendations."
"Spacious, and modern serviced apartment steps away from the Vienna Central Station. The apartments are quite big and have a nice kitchenette, microwave, water kettle, and some plates, bowls, utensils, cups, and pots and pans for you to use. Shampoo and body wash are provided in the washroom. There is also laundry facilities at basement with fee. The grocery store as well as some restaurants within walking distance. Just the bed was a bit soft, soundproof wasn’t that good can hear every single sound come from bathroom. Shower stand was broken and not fixed even we stayed for 3N"
"The room was spacious, exactly as pictured, with no color difference. The advantage of staying in an apartment hotel is that the rooms are large and the price is more affordable!
It was spotless and very clean. There was even a charging tray upstairs (in case you forget your adapter! 😂)
And it was incredibly warm inside; even my mom, who is very sensitive to the cold, didn't feel cold (it was even a little warm! 😂)
We didn't care about the cleaning frequency; in fact, we hung a ”Do Not Disturb” sign on the door every day! 😂
Hotels or apartments in Austria usually only allow check-in at 3 PM, but this one allowed us to leave our luggage at the front desk for free if we arrived early.
The location isn't in the city center, but public transportation is extremely convenient. The versatile bus route 62 is right outside, providing direct access or transfers to places like the Golden Hall, Hofburg Palace, and Schönbrunn Palace in less than half an hour. Vienna isn't as large as some of China's megacities, so you don't necessarily have to be fixated on the city center (of course, if you're rich, feel free to do whatever you want 😂).
In short, I highly recommend visiting Vienna; the value for money is unbeatable!"

Great
Xxwhuang0209We were kindly upgraded to a suite by the front desk, which was a wonderful bonus! The room was spotless, had excellent soundproofing, and was wonderfully quiet at night. The location is also excellent; just about a 200-meter walk away, you'll find a bus stop with routes directly to the city center and the Heroes' Square area. Even better, the 71E bus stops right at the hotel entrance for the return journey, which is incredibly convenient. While the hotel does show its age a bit, Vienna truly is renowned as one of the most livable cities. Consistent with this, the hotel's maintenance and service are absolutely top-notch, more than making up for any dated aspects.
RrobofficialA great stay with a very convenient location, easy access to trams and the U-Bahn. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped. The breakfast was also a real plus, featuring a fresh and varied selection.

Very Good
SSusanzaThe room was quite comfortable, but the carpet was too old. The breakfast was quite rich. The restaurant on the 57th floor was closed on Sundays and was booked on Saturdays, so there was no restaurant to eat in. You could only order room service. When you called for service, no one answered the phone or the waiting time was long. So the hotel is far from the 5-star standard.
LLambertlanboThe location seems a bit out of the way, but luckily, I'm used to long commutes in China. You need to take the light rail and then the subway to get downtown. The hotel service is decent; they lend universal adapters for free. The only catch is that you have to pay extra for a Danube River view from any room! European hotel rooms are all about the same size. There's a shopping mall downstairs, which is convenient for quick meals. Plus, there's a DM supermarket where you can buy daily necessities!
GGuest UserThe hotel's design is modern and elegant, making you feel comfortable and relaxed.
The room is clean and well-equipped (free upgrade to a large room with refrigerator)
Rich variety of breakfast
The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the Vienna Main Station, and there is a tram passing by the door. The Belvedere Palace is next door, which makes it convenient for us to explore this beautiful city.
The staff were friendly and helpful and there was no problem at all with luggage storage.
We had a great time here and look forward to visiting again in the future.
GGuest UserOverall excellent at a great price, but the location requires planning. Comfortable room and great breakfast at a reasonable price. Arriving from the airport late at night posed initial challenges for transportation which I was able to resolve with sleep and guidance. A train stop five minutes away by foot opens the city to you, seven minute ride to the train station and another five minutes downtown.
DDarren ChiengAgain, decided to extended our trip and staying in the same hotel in Vienna before travel back to Germany. Location and price wise is pretty much valuable to stay there and super convenient.

Good
XXinglinccOn a motorcycle trip through Europe, I passed through Vienna and found a hotel that offered great value for money. Since I was traveling solo, I kept things simple. The cleanliness was good, and the service was exceptionally friendly! The front desk staff spoke fluent English and, surprisingly, even quite a bit of Chinese, which made them incredibly welcoming! I wasn't aware the hotel had parking, so my motorcycle unfortunately got a ticket. The front desk was incredibly helpful and enthusiastically guided me on how to deal with it. A huge thank you to them! There's no air conditioning, but they provided a portable air cooler. It was a little noisy, but it definitely kept the room cool!
SSaharThe room was not cleaned so I called the property support, they asked for photos and send cleaners to clean it. But it took more than one hour and they didn’t accept to provide me another room although there were lots of available rooms, saying that it is not in their authority. Generally it is a kinda property being managed remotely, so don’t expect everything to be Ok.
LLeonardo Sant AnnaWell-located apartment, with several lines within a 5-minute walk. Paid parking nearby using PAYUCA.
The small apartment had a slightly uncomfortable bed, but the bathroom had excellent shower pressure and temperature.
We were slightly inconvenienced upon arrival because the room we had been assigned smelled of cigarette smoke, even though smoking is prohibited. The cleaning staff was going to clean it again, but we asked if we could move. They immediately moved us to a slightly smaller room, but we were better served.
The kitchen in the new room didn't work; one burner wasn't working, and the other was even broken.
But since we had already moved in and only noticed it late at night, we didn't want to ask them again. There was no Wi-Fi.
The staff was very friendly and quick.
