"There is free parking space, you need to pay at the front desk, 20 euros/day, parking space next to the hotel, 200 meters; close to it will automatically open, if you go out, ask the front desk for a small round coin. Hotel transportation is very convenient, the price is good, it is a very good choice, if you need a quiet room, you can tell the front desk, it is better to face the non-street in the court."
"I stayed at Jaz in the City Vienna, and I couldn’t have asked for a better location. The hotel is right in the heart of Vienna — everything is within walking distance: about 10 minutes to the Museum Quarter, 5 minutes to the main shopping streets, and there are several supermarkets nearby. They even have a rooftop bar with great views, perfect for a relaxed evening drink.
I was lucky to get a room on a higher floor overlooking a quiet garden and the spires of nearby towers. Every night I slept like a baby, and every morning I woke up to a view that filled my eyes with joy — a truly peaceful start to the day.
The staff truly made my stay memorable. John (or Johann, as they’d say in German) was incredibly kind and helpful — he even hand-wrote local insider tips for bars, restaurants, and famous Viennese dishes. The reception team, including a lovely young woman and a gentleman, were equally welcoming and attentive. They really made me feel at home — a true “home away from home.”
The room was stylish, modern, and full of personality. I especially loved the musical touches — there’s even a disc player, and you can borrow vintage records from the lobby, which adds such a fun, nostalgic charm.
If I had to mention a couple of minor issues, the water pressure in the shower wasn’t always stable, and housekeeping could definitely improve. If the housekeeping matched the reception’s outstanding service, the hotel would be absolutely flawless.
Overall, I highly recommend Jaz in the City Vienna — so much so that I’ve already booked my stay for next spring. I can’t wait to go back!"
"The rooms look exactly like the pictures and while compact, was incredibly comfortable and had everything we needed. Lighting was also great in the room and the only real issue was the water pressure seemed a bit low.
Breakfast was also more than adequate for us, especially considering the price we paid. So we would highly recommend staying here. Its a bit of town but the price and value makes up for it."
"The hotel is easy to get to from the airport and city centre via public transport. Nothing too fancy in this neighbourhood but it felt safe. There's a supermarket next door for your daily supply. The breakfast buffet was good. The room was clean and spacious with all necessary amenities. Overall good value for a few days city break."
"When we arrived, the first thing we noticed was a towel with hair on it, which immediately set a poor impression of cleanliness. The dust filter in the toilet room was also completely matted with dust to the point that it was not functional.
On top of that, the air conditioning situation was very frustrating. On warmer days, I would wake up drenched in sweat, only to be told by reception that the AC only operates when the outside temperature falls above 23 degrees; a very odd and impractical system for guests’ comfort. Highly misleading as well for what the hotel advertises.
While I will say the staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed clarification, these issues significantly spoiled the overall experience. For the price and expectations, I felt let down and wouldn’t choose to stay here again."
"There are 2 Adina around that area. I went to the wrong one. Not sure what’s the difference. Anyway this an apartment with washer/dryer and had a small kitchen in the room. The room is really hot even though it is super cold and windy outside during my stay.
There will be no housekeeping unless staying more than 3 nights. Didn’t use the wellness but have swimming pool as well as a small gym."
"This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Very clean and spacious and the service was incredible. There is a bus stop just in front of the hotel, there is also a McDonald very close to the hotel. I am definitely booking this hotel when next I come to Vienna."
"The hotel's location is super convenient, just about a 5-minute walk from the central train station. You can grab anything you need right at the station, and there's a supermarket nearby which is very handy. When you head out, it's a good idea to buy a 24-hour, 48-hour, or longer transport pass inside the station – they're really useful. I mostly used the U1, U4, and U2 lines to get to all the places I wanted to go, and nothing was far away. Vienna is a country where you can never get enough of visiting museums!"
"The room was spotlessly clean. A major highlight was the hotel's incredibly convenient location right by the train station; we could even see the train platforms directly from our window. Despite this, the soundproofing was superb, ensuring a completely quiet stay with absolutely no noise. The hotel breakfast was also excellent, offering a rich and diverse variety of options."

Great
Xxwhuang0209We were kindly upgraded to a suite by the front desk, which was a wonderful bonus! The room was spotless, had excellent soundproofing, and was wonderfully quiet at night. The location is also excellent; just about a 200-meter walk away, you'll find a bus stop with routes directly to the city center and the Heroes' Square area. Even better, the 71E bus stops right at the hotel entrance for the return journey, which is incredibly convenient. While the hotel does show its age a bit, Vienna truly is renowned as one of the most livable cities. Consistent with this, the hotel's maintenance and service are absolutely top-notch, more than making up for any dated aspects.
--Nancy-Austria Trend Hotel Schönbrunn Wien was absolutely gorgeous. The ambience was warm and inviting, and its location—right in front of Schönbrunn Palace—made it a wonderful choice for those visiting the palace. There were plenty of nearby shops and cafes, which added to the convenience.
However, if you’re planning to do sightseeing in the main city, transportation is something to consider. You’d either need to take a taxi (about 15–20 minutes) or a tram (around 45 minutes). So, while this hotel is perfect for a Schönbrunn-focused stay, it might not be the most convenient base for exploring the entire city.
The staff were friendly, but one issue stood out—housekeeping. On our morning of departure, cleaning staff knocked on our door around 10–11 AM, seemingly checking when we would be leaving. Since checkout was at 12 noon, it felt like they were unnecessarily rushing us, which was a bit frustrating.
Another concern arose after checkout. We left our luggage near the baggage room at reception to explore more, and upon returning, the staff couldn’t locate our bags—even though we had the receipt given by the staff when we dropped them off. Instead, we were asked to search through the luggage ourselves in a room full of other guests’ belongings. This didn’t feel very secure, as it seemed possible for someone to mistakenly—or even intentionally—take another person’s bags. Better monitoring or improved staff training in this area would certainly enhance the experience.
Despite these issues, the hotel was lovely, and the staff were welcoming overall. With a few improvements in housekeeping procedures and baggage storage security, this could be an even better place to stay.
AABDUL AZIZ NASIFMelia Vienna Hotel is a symphony of luxury, nestled within the modern and dynamic DC Tower. The hotel stands as a testament to refined elegance, offering guests captivating views of Vienna and allowing them to immerse in a sanctuary of comfort and style.
From the very first moment, the welcoming and diligent staff displayed a high level of professionalism and warmth, setting a hospitable tone that persisted throughout my stay. The check-in was efficient and cordial, indicative of the seamless service that is a hallmark of Melia Vienna.
The accommodation was a masterpiece of comfort and sophisticated design, with plush bedding and cutting-edge amenities, creating an ambiance of tranquility and luxury. The meticulous cleanliness and upkeep of both the room and the communal areas spoke volumes about the hotel’s commitment to excellence.
The gastronomic experience at Melia Vienna was a culinary delight, featuring a plethora of delectable dishes that embody the rich gastronomic heritage of Vienna while integrating flavors from around the world. The presentation was visually appealing, and the ambiance of the dining area was both elegant and relaxing, adding to the enjoyment of every meal.
The hotel’s prime location is a boon, offering easy accessibility to the cultural treasures, business districts, and vibrant life of Vienna. The state-of-the-art fitness center and tranquil spa facilities provided the perfect antidote to the hustle and bustle of the city, ensuring a balanced and rejuvenating stay.
To sum up, Melia Vienna Hotel is a jewel in Vienna’s hospitality scene, combining unparalleled service, luxurious accommodation, gourmet dining, and a superb location to provide a memorable and enriching experience for all guests seeking the charm and elegance of Vienna.
GGuest UserHarry's Home Wein Millennium Tower was a nice hotel stay for me. The location was good, next to the Danube river and right above a shopping mall. Also, was only a 3 minute walk to the metro train into the city center (or other places in Vienna).
The front desk young woman was extremely nice and helpful. The hotel, and my room were clean and spacious. Several big windows had a nice view out. I did not eat the hotel breakfast due to my personal time schedule, but there is a large grocery store directly below the hotel that is open from 7:40 am until 8 pm that was good. Also, right outside the hotel entrance/exit you can take the skywalk in the mall across to the mall foodcourt with several options.
I felt the hotel was a good value for the money, and much cheaper than staying in the city center of Vienna. I was able to take the metro and tram into that area in about 25 minutes or so. Overall, I was pleased with the staff, the location, my room, etc and I would stay there again if I am back in Vienna.
YYang Very close to M4 station. There is a supermarket next to the building.
The room is very clean.
The lady at the front desk is friendly and helpful.
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location, it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the central attractions, and it is also convenient to the subway station. The disadvantage is that the sound insulation is average, and I often hear the police car at night

Very Good
VVerified Member🏨🚇🥐🧼🏙️ I think the hotel is in a very well-connected area. It’s about a 20-minute walk from the main bus and train terminal and just a short metro ride into Old Town for all your sightseeing needs.
The room was spacious with solid housekeeping and a clean, well-kept bathroom. No complaints regarding cleanliness — everything was taken care of. One thing to note is that the hotel is massive. We were given the very last room at the end of a long corridor, which meant it took nearly five minutes to walk to the elevator. So when you check in, I recommend asking for a room closer to the elevator, otherwise it can be a bit of a hassle going back and forth.
Something that left a bad taste was only being told at checkout that breakfast would be charged as an extra. My honest tip is that if you do decide to have breakfast, just don’t mention it. With the number of guests they manage, it’s unlikely they’ll track who actually showed up at the buffet. The breakfast itself was average — your typical hotel spread. The eggs tasted a bit off, but I made it work with multiple cappuccinos from the machine, plus some sausages and toast to fill up.
Overall, nothing fancy, but probably great value considering how expensive Vienna can be. Most importantly, the hotel is very well connected to public transit, with a metro station just a five-minute walk away. That line has frequent trains to and from Old Town, which made sightseeing super convenient.
I’ll probably stay here again, though I don’t think the breakfast is worth the price, and I do wish they had been more upfront about the cost from the beginning.

XXinglinccOn a motorcycle trip through Europe, I passed through Vienna and found a hotel that offered great value for money. Since I was traveling solo, I kept things simple. The cleanliness was good, and the service was exceptionally friendly! The front desk staff spoke fluent English and, surprisingly, even quite a bit of Chinese, which made them incredibly welcoming! I wasn't aware the hotel had parking, so my motorcycle unfortunately got a ticket. The front desk was incredibly helpful and enthusiastically guided me on how to deal with it. A huge thank you to them! There's no air conditioning, but they provided a portable air cooler. It was a little noisy, but it definitely kept the room cool!
GGuest UserThe room was not cleaned so I called the property support, they asked for photos and send cleaners to clean it. But it took more than one hour and they didn’t accept to provide me another room although there were lots of available rooms, saying that it is not in their authority. Generally it is a kinda property being managed remotely, so don’t expect everything to be Ok.
LLeonardo Sant AnnaWell-located apartment, with several lines within a 5-minute walk. Paid parking nearby using PAYUCA.
The small apartment had a slightly uncomfortable bed, but the bathroom had excellent shower pressure and temperature.
We were slightly inconvenienced upon arrival because the room we had been assigned smelled of cigarette smoke, even though smoking is prohibited. The cleaning staff was going to clean it again, but we asked if we could move. They immediately moved us to a slightly smaller room, but we were better served.
The kitchen in the new room didn't work; one burner wasn't working, and the other was even broken.
But since we had already moved in and only noticed it late at night, we didn't want to ask them again. There was no Wi-Fi.
The staff was very friendly and quick.
