"There is free parking space, you need to pay at the front desk, 20 euros/day, parking space next to the hotel, 200 meters; close to it will automatically open, if you go out, ask the front desk for a small round coin. Hotel transportation is very convenient, the price is good, it is a very good choice, if you need a quiet room, you can tell the front desk, it is better to face the non-street in the court."

"I stayed at Jaz in the City Vienna, and I couldn’t have asked for a better location. The hotel is right in the heart of Vienna — everything is within walking distance: about 10 minutes to the Museum Quarter, 5 minutes to the main shopping streets, and there are several supermarkets nearby. They even have a rooftop bar with great views, perfect for a relaxed evening drink. I was lucky to get a room on a higher floor overlooking a quiet garden and the spires of nearby towers. Every night I slept like a baby, and every morning I woke up to a view that filled my eyes with joy — a truly peaceful start to the day. The staff truly made my stay memorable. John (or Johann, as they’d say in German) was incredibly kind and helpful — he even hand-wrote local insider tips for bars, restaurants, and famous Viennese dishes. The reception team, including a lovely young woman and a gentleman, were equally welcoming and attentive. They really made me feel at home — a true “home away from home.” The room was stylish, modern, and full of personality. I especially loved the musical touches — there’s even a disc player, and you can borrow vintage records from the lobby, which adds such a fun, nostalgic charm. If I had to mention a couple of minor issues, the water pressure in the shower wasn’t always stable, and housekeeping could definitely improve. If the housekeeping matched the reception’s outstanding service, the hotel would be absolutely flawless. Overall, I highly recommend Jaz in the City Vienna — so much so that I’ve already booked my stay for next spring. I can’t wait to go back!"

"The rooms look exactly like the pictures and while compact, was incredibly comfortable and had everything we needed. Lighting was also great in the room and the only real issue was the water pressure seemed a bit low. Breakfast was also more than adequate for us, especially considering the price we paid. So we would highly recommend staying here. Its a bit of town but the price and value makes up for it."

"The hotel is easy to get to from the airport and city centre via public transport. Nothing too fancy in this neighbourhood but it felt safe. There's a supermarket next door for your daily supply. The breakfast buffet was good. The room was clean and spacious with all necessary amenities. Overall good value for a few days city break."

"When we arrived, the first thing we noticed was a towel with hair on it, which immediately set a poor impression of cleanliness. The dust filter in the toilet room was also completely matted with dust to the point that it was not functional. On top of that, the air conditioning situation was very frustrating. On warmer days, I would wake up drenched in sweat, only to be told by reception that the AC only operates when the outside temperature falls above 23 degrees; a very odd and impractical system for guests’ comfort. Highly misleading as well for what the hotel advertises. While I will say the staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed clarification, these issues significantly spoiled the overall experience. For the price and expectations, I felt let down and wouldn’t choose to stay here again."

"There are 2 Adina around that area. I went to the wrong one. Not sure what’s the difference. Anyway this an apartment with washer/dryer and had a small kitchen in the room. The room is really hot even though it is super cold and windy outside during my stay. There will be no housekeeping unless staying more than 3 nights. Didn’t use the wellness but have swimming pool as well as a small gym."

"This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Very clean and spacious and the service was incredible. There is a bus stop just in front of the hotel, there is also a McDonald very close to the hotel. I am definitely booking this hotel when next I come to Vienna."

"The hotel's location is super convenient, just about a 5-minute walk from the central train station. You can grab anything you need right at the station, and there's a supermarket nearby which is very handy. When you head out, it's a good idea to buy a 24-hour, 48-hour, or longer transport pass inside the station – they're really useful. I mostly used the U1, U4, and U2 lines to get to all the places I wanted to go, and nothing was far away. Vienna is a country where you can never get enough of visiting museums!"

"The room was spotlessly clean. A major highlight was the hotel's incredibly convenient location right by the train station; we could even see the train platforms directly from our window. Despite this, the soundproofing was superb, ensuring a completely quiet stay with absolutely no noise. The hotel breakfast was also excellent, offering a rich and diverse variety of options."
