Very bad experience with this acommodation and not to repeat ever again

Like other Holiday Inn Express hotels, the service is quite satisfactory, free parking, and there are Carrefour supermarkets and several outlets shopping stores nearby. The biggest problem is that it is next to a transportation hub, and the noise from vehicles on the highway is very loud. There is a high-voltage line passing by the hotel. It is suitable for a one-night stay.

The front desk service attitude of this hotel is very bad. I will never stay there again. The attitude is very bad. It is the worst attitude of the hotel I have stayed in.

The location of the hotel is very good. There are shopping malls and many restaurants around. It is within walking distance. The surrounding is very quiet, the rooms are clean and tidy, and you can stay with peace of mind. The breakfast is rich in variety.

Terrible experience. The hotel policy when booking showed that children under 17 years old can stay for free. However, when checking in, they forced us to pay extra to change to another room type because the original room type could not accommodate children. According to the hotel's booking form (which I saw), the original double room type only costs 30 euros to add an adult temporarily. However, it costs 60 euros to change to the so-called family room of the same size! So angry😡

Good hotel to spend a couple of nights and enjoy Madrid. Very convenient to take advantage and go shopping as it is next to the shopping center. Quite complete breakfast and very attentive and friendly staff. Good value for money.

Very simple hotel, small rooms and a waiting line for breakfast because the hotel was full as it was the high Christmas season. The hotel is in an industrial estate but next to a shopping center with lots of restaurants. Pleasant stay.

The reception service was super friendly to us, we had a problem with the reservation and they helped us solve it, the breakfast was quite good, nothing exaggerated but just enough to have a variety of breakfast, The location is close to an outlet and a very well-located shopping center with many restaurants, also with the possibility of taking the bus nearby and going to the center of Madrid without problems.

The room is quite good. The breakfast buffet is wonderful!!
