Very good hotel, the location is very good, I party here every day, the subway station is 100 meters away, I will stay here next time

Hotel is located very close to the train station, but a good distance from the main historical area. We had to take an Uber to go to the main tourists attractions. it is very clean. Another concern was that they have a different type of air conditioner installed. It's pretty hot at night. Couldn't keep windows open because it was very loud outside. As a result - had hard time sleeping through the night.

I traveled between Munich and Berlin in two weeks. The previous week I stayed in another nearby hotel. In Berlin, I also stayed at the Novotel. The space inside was large and the facilities in the room were sufficient (including separate bathroom and toilet, extra sink, refrigerator and microwave), when returning to Munich from Berlin, I still choose Novotel. However, my reservation on the platform was for two adults and one child. When I arrived at the hotel, the information provided by the hotel was for two adults only, so the hotel made temporary adjustments. The room I got was a regular room in the side room plus a sofa bed (although it met the conditions for booking at that time). The room was small and the facilities inside were only a small refrigerator. The sofa bed was temporarily made. Although they helped to add supplies, you still had to ask for cups from the counter. During the check-in process, the receptionist asked me to register my credit card. I felt very confused. The receptionist told me that some regulations were Bayan's regulations, but there were no such regulations in another hotel the week before. It feels very contradictory. Compared with the experience of staying in other hotels in the past two weeks, this stay is not satisfactory.

The room's size is perfect, we have 2 adults and 2 children and we' ve got one big bed and 2 small beds. They are very comfy, lots of pillows 😁😁. The hotel is not far from the tram, about 200 meters. For the nearest train station is about 450 meters, however, if you have a lot of luggages, there is no elevater there. We had to carry them down 😅. It may be better to take tram to main station and then take a train from there.

Everything was fine except not getting frequent traveler credit for being an ALL-Accor member. I was told that it was due to booking this through Trip.com.

The location of the hotel is convenient. It is just a few minutes walk from the tram station.

Good location. 10 min tram journey from the heart of the city, the staffs are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed is very comfortable

not in the city center, but easily able to move by public transportation which can reach in 10mins

Is a business friendly hotel. Clean, staffs are friendly, the gym was great for me. The foods are nicely cooked and delicious. as a whole we enjoy our stay. Thank you Novotel Munich.

Check-in was a breeze but not going to lie I was taken aback when the receptionist told me we have to deposit €250 and they will deduct from there in case there is any damage. This might be the highest amount of deposit for a hotel stay I’ve ever paid for. Room size was alright with sufficient amenities. Just a suggestion. It would be better if normal still water is provided instead of the sparkling water. Perhaps we are not used to drinking that for daily hydrating needs. My friend and I used the gym a couple of times. For a hotel gym I think it was good enough. Sauna facility was a pleasant surprise! Changing rooms and lockers are provided. However do note that it is only open from 1700-2300 which makes sense as people are out exploring the city during the day. Location wise, the nearest station is Donnersbergerbrücke which is around 7-8 min of walking. From there you can easily reach any parts of the city.

It is ridiculous that they take extra two hundred something euros as "deposit" for 1-2 weeks without any prior notice.
