I had a wonderful vacation, the room was so unique and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. I could really recommend this place to anyone who wants to have an incredible experience while traveling or just wants to get away for a bit. Souq Al Wakra Hotel has definitely left an impression on me that I won't forget anytime soon. Tip: it’s nice booking here if it’s your bday or anniversary they’ll prepare a surprise for you. I’ve been staying at The Time Rako Hotel on and off for the last two years, I’ve always had a great experience with everything and everyone. The restaurant food was excellent quality and good value with professional service. The hotel had a well equipped gym and decent swimming pool. The reception staff were always professional and helpful to myself and colleagues (Indian). My last stay at the hotel was for a 6 month business trip! I’ve been in the oil and gas industry for 20 years and I can say with hand on heart this hotel is in my top 3 hotel’s I’ve stayed in. Well done team I’ll look forward to my next visit later on in the year. Thank you.

My stay in this hotel was very wonderful. This hotel is one of the best hotels I have visited in the region. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is varied and delicious. The hotel’s location was perfect, just around 10-minute walk to Souq Wakif, which is one of the best places to visit in Doha. It’s also conveniently close to the metro, making it easy to travel to/from the airport, Katara Culture Beach, West Bay, or Msheriab. The National Museum and Corniche are within walking distance as well. The hotel itself was very new and exceptionally clean. The staff at the reception and by the door were incredibly helpful and kind throughout my stay. The rooftop swimming pool and gym added to the overall amenities and relaxation options. My room was spacious and well-appointed, with a lovely bathroom that included a tub. While I didn’t book breakfast, I found the hotel’s WiFi to be reliable and fast. Overall, my stay was enjoyable, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Doha.

Everyone made me feel really at home in my 4 days there. Irfan and Muhaidi and the others at Front Desk listened carefully for my requests and tried to help wherever they could and provided information for me around town. Gamal introduced me to the room and also took the initiative to guide me around the neighbourhood the next day. Staff at the Lounge also made watching World Cup matches there comfortable and enjoyable, sometimes coming over to make small talk about the football and was able to attend to our every need. For location, the hotel is within 5min walk to a Metro station and amenities like restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. Room was great, but found deposits unfortunately at the kettle spout. We had an amazing time here, it was 5 stars! It was immaculately clean and designed. I was at peace because there was a Quran and prayer mat in our room, there's a Qatari vibe to the hotel; architecture, smell (smells gorgeous), staff. The staff are very attentive and theres a quick service. Breakfast was perfect, we had dinner and in room dining service which was perfect and special. We used the gym ( excellent exercise machines) , rooftop pool was perfect with private shower rooms. The spa was amazing, we had a couples hammam. The only thing I'm not sure about is, wether guests can use the sauna and steam rooms as they are in the spa, we got to use it because we were clients there. We also loved the segregation in the spa. It was perfect, we wish we stayed longer, it felt like home, we will visit again in sha Allah. We booked 2 hotels; after we moved to St Regis and missed Steinberger so much, out of both hotels we loved Steinberger and wanted to return. Steinberger scored way better than a well-known hotel resort. Thankyou for taking care of us.

The service is very slow. Should be improved first. should be humble Welcoming guests who come to use our services and serving with our whole heart. The important thing is that the service time should be faster. Most importantly, you should not ask customers about personal matters. You should have a lot of manners. Because it's the first checkpoint of your hotel.

I stayed here for five months for work. Hotel has pool and gym and my room had a kitchenette which is very handy. Staff and management were all very friendly and always helpful. Rooms very clean and serviced daily. Good restaurants nearby and easy to get to City and downtown.
