I had a wonderful vacation, the room was so unique and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. I could really recommend this place to anyone who wants to have an incredible experience while traveling or just wants to get away for a bit. Souq Al Wakra Hotel has definitely left an impression on me that I won't forget anytime soon. Tip: it’s nice booking here if it’s your bday or anniversary they’ll prepare a surprise for you. I’ve been staying at The Time Rako Hotel on and off for the last two years, I’ve always had a great experience with everything and everyone. The restaurant food was excellent quality and good value with professional service. The hotel had a well equipped gym and decent swimming pool. The reception staff were always professional and helpful to myself and colleagues (Indian). My last stay at the hotel was for a 6 month business trip! I’ve been in the oil and gas industry for 20 years and I can say with hand on heart this hotel is in my top 3 hotel’s I’ve stayed in. Well done team I’ll look forward to my next visit later on in the year. Thank you.

5-star hotel equipped with every comfort, spacious and tastefully furnished rooms. 3 swimming pools and hydromassage, a favorable position both for reaching the airport and the center of Doha, especially the souq and the national museum. I really appreciated it for its all-inclusive formula (and this is also why I chose it) unique in all of Qatar. Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner with all kinds of dishes, even for refined palates. Buffet of vegetables and desserts as well as lots of fruit and ice cream. Also for a light lunch ( so to speak ) at 12:00 pizza, hot dog, hamburger and ice cream. Various thematic restaurants by reservation. Private beach with umbrellas and sunbeds, clean and crystalline sea. I recommend it to everybody

Everyone made me feel really at home in my 4 days there. Irfan and Muhaidi and the others at Front Desk listened carefully for my requests and tried to help wherever they could and provided information for me around town. Gamal introduced me to the room and also took the initiative to guide me around the neighbourhood the next day. Staff at the Lounge also made watching World Cup matches there comfortable and enjoyable, sometimes coming over to make small talk about the football and was able to attend to our every need. For location, the hotel is within 5min walk to a Metro station and amenities like restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. Room was great, but found deposits unfortunately at the kettle spout. It was good overall. The room was well organized, the fitness center and swimming pool were great, and there were two saunas. The lounge is also good.

My stay in this hotel was very wonderful. This hotel is one of the best hotels I have visited in the region. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is varied and delicious. The hotel is clean and beautiful, and the most important thing is caring. After I spent 4 days in Qatar, I went to Dubai for 6 days. My luggage was stored in the hotel, but it was free. The hotel also had a free car pick-up and drop-off, even though my English level is zero Basic, but there is no inconvenience in this hotel, because they have Chinese service, I felt very satisfied in all aspects of the hotel, so I renewed the reservation for 2 days to come back from Dubai, because I was transiting from the United States to Doha, For the itinerary from Doha to Shanghai, I changed my ticket and stayed in Doha for 10 days, just to travel in Qatar and the United Arab Emirates. As soon as I left the airport, the driver arranged by the hotel was waiting to pick me up there. When I arrived at the hotel lobby, the front desk arranged for check-in and sent my luggage and carry-on luggage to my room. You must know my luggage It weighs more than 50 kilograms. Without them, how difficult it would be for me to be alone! As soon as I entered the room, the waiter thoughtfully delivered fruits and snacks, because I was worried that I would arrive in the afternoon and be hungry. He also thoughtfully prepared a piece of home clothes for me, and I felt like going home immediately.
