Alameda Hotels with Airport pickup service

The location could not be any better for us. Quiet, beautiful surroundings, well-appointed rooms, very clean and the staff were awesome to work with! We absolutely would not hesitate to stay here again. Definitely will return to the Marina Village Inn.

Good, affordable, very close to downtown San Francisco. Because the price of staying in the city on Saturday is too expensive, so stay here. The room is big, the facilities are average, I feel good! !

Do not recommend this hotel as it is not clean. Expect to find dirty floors, dirty refrigerators, broken appliances (both the remote and iron weren't working). Pot smoke wafts through the halls, and the fire alarms go off constantly. Wifi goes in and out. The staff are incompetent and rude, and try their hardest to make the guests' lives miserable. I extended a stay to switch to a view room, but they claimed there were none available (even though I booked and confirmed it 5 days earlier) When I wanted my room cleaned, the clerk, Angela, said they were too busy to clean it! Even though my room was on the list to be cleaned. Definitely will not return.

The hotel has a good environment, with a relatively large shopping mall opposite, a commercial street not far away, and many restaurants, which are quite lively. There is a beach near the hotel, you can take a walk, very comfortable! The hotel should be a certain year old, but still acceptable. There is a small kitchen in the room, you can cook, it’s awesome, you need to get the kitchenware in the public area! Family satisfaction!

I arrived really early for my stay . Pricilla at the front desk was exceptional. She was able to get me an early check in. None if the early check in fee etc. just great great hospitality and customer service . The stay overall was good . Nice rooms . If I were to have a complaint they need to boost the Wi-Fi it was very difficult to stream .

Came out for a funeral, this hotel was nice with good parking, good breakfast, everything in working order. All vending machines were empty on water. But other than that it was a great stay. I would stay here again
