This 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms with 3 queen beds. It's just nice for 6 people to sleep comfortably. New, clean and tidy. Well equipped with basic kitchenware and tableware. Airconds, fans, refrigerator, cooker, microwave, kettle and washer all function well.
Swimming pool with great sea view. Kid friendly playground. Basketball court and game room need to booking. Kids had fun playing table tennis. The mini pool sticks were broken cannot play. The security staff was very helpful to assist us to book the room.
Agent was very responsive too. Overall very good service. Best price and quality stay. Recommended. Thanks.

Swiss Garden Hotel Melaka is a tall, modern hotel located along the Melaka River and connected to The Shore Shopping Gallery. It’s well positioned for exploring Melaka’s attractions like Jonker Street, historic sites, museums, and riverfront walks are all within about a 10–15 minute stroll.
Spacious, contemporary rooms with private balconies and city or river views.Options range from standard deluxe to large family suites, ideal for groups or kids
.Highlights:
🌴 Two outdoor pools, one great for views and another with a fun kids’ area including slides and fountains.
My favourite and the best:I always praise the variety and taste of food, and halal-certified meals are served.
The on site restaurant offers buffet and local/Western dishes, and breakfast can be included depending on booking.Very friendly and helpful staff, especially at the front desk too.
Holiday Recommendation
Best for:
🌟 Families, couples, friends visiting Melaka’s old city
🌟 Guests who want a balance of comfort, sights, and value
🌟 Travelers planning to explore rather than stay in luxury

Facilities: Newly built and excellent, very clean!
Cleanliness: Spotless, I brought a lot of my own stuff but didn't even need it!
Environment: It's a mixed-use hotel and apartment building with a mall right downstairs, including KFC and Subway. Just a heads-up, many of the food options are spicy. There are also play areas for kids. It's about 1000 meters from Jonker Street, but be cautious if you take the smaller alleys at night, it can be a bit spooky. Also, the swimming pool on the 9th floor was super cold in the morning!
Service: The service was great, everyone was very friendly and greeted us warmly!
Breakfast was especially rich and delicious, with a lot of Malaysian-style options!

We made a last-minute booking, and the price was affordable considering the room condition. One good point is the large bathtub, which was nice.
However, the bathroom layout is a bit unusual as it is located in the middle of the unit. To reach the bedroom, you need to cross the bathroom/bathtub area, and after showering the floor becomes very wet, which is inconvenient.
The hot water system was another downside. It takes about 10 minutes for the water to turn hot, and after a short while it becomes cold again. We had to turn it off and wait before getting hot water again.
Check-in was smooth and instructions were clear, which is a plus. Overall, the stay was acceptable for a short stay.

This time, my friends and I chose The Pines Melaka for our trip. The location is truly unbeatable, right in the city center, making it super convenient to get to all the main attractions and shopping malls. The room was quite spacious, and the staff were friendly. However, the facilities definitely show their age and could use better maintenance, and the cleanliness could be improved in some areas. Overall, it's decent value for money, especially if location is a top priority and you're not too picky about newer facilities.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Pines Melaka Hotel and was incredibly satisfied with my experience. The room space was wonderfully generous, providing ample room to relax and move around comfortably. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the bathtub. It was exceptionally clean, and the ability to enjoy a good view while soaking was a fantastic touch that truly enhanced the relaxation. This is a crucial factor for a comfortable trip, and the hotel certainly delivered. Beyond the comfort, I was very impressed with the hotel's aesthetic. The design is modern and cozy, creating a welcoming and stylish atmosphere that made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a genuinely satisfying stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel for family or business😊
Communication methods may need to be updated. I initially got a message saying to call the property prior to arrival. This ended up being unnecessary as I got an automated email with check-in instructions. Aside from the random creepy guy in his 20's following me up to the door to my room, the stay was fine. I ended up catching the flu on the way here so having access to a kitchen worked out.

Bayview Hotel Melaka offers a pleasant and comfortable stay that covers all the essentials for a simple getaway. The room was clean and well-kept, providing a nice space to rest after a day of sightseeing. While the facilities are not particularly luxurious, everything functioned as expected and met the basic needs of a short stay.
The staff were the highlight of the experience. They were friendly, polite, and always willing to help whenever I needed assistance. Their warm attitude made the overall stay feel more welcoming.
The location is convenient, with easy access to Melaka’s main attractions such as Jonker Street and the river area. It’s suitable for guests looking for a fuss-free hotel that’s reasonably priced and comfortable enough for a couple of nights.
Overall, Bayview Hotel Melaka is an average but reliable option—clean rooms, helpful staff, and a good base for exploring the city.
From pre-booking, up until checkout, i have nothing but compliment to Attic Silverscape customer support. We communicate through whatsapp, and Attic CS will surely respond within 5 minutes or less. They always willing to help and very friendly which make things so easy for my family whom travel with elderly, 7 adults and 2 kids. Shoutout to Attic CS and the guard at tower B. Very professional and warm.
The penthouse is a jackpot. A day before we stay at the newly open Birkin International which is acceptional, but my parents love this Attic Penthouse even more. The house is 2 floors, spacious, bed is extremely comfortable. 3 rooms on the 2nd floor got 6 double beds and 1 single bed. 2 bathrooms with tub on the second floor. another bathroom on the first floor. Other than 60 inch tv at the luxury living room, 1 room with dedicated tv on the second floor. . Got prime tv.
We spend time playing pool, karaoke, playing mahjong, card and playstation, and enjoying sunrise. The decoration is amazing. Complete with cooking facilities, fridge, washing machine and drier. Location also near to cinema, restaurant, 7e, Zus, hospital, mahkota parade etc..
Best urban retreat for family in melaka city centre. Surely will repeat.

GGuest UserHad a wonderful stay at PARKROYAL A’Famosa Melaka. The hotel is very clean, modern, and well maintained. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, perfect for families and a relaxing getaway.
The facilities are excellent — especially the pool area, which is great for both adults and kids. Breakfast spread was good with a nice variety, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling.
Location is peaceful and convenient, especially if you’re visiting A’Famosa or looking for a short escape from the city. Overall, a very pleasant experience and definitely worth the stay. Will come back again!

MMuhd FirdausOur stay at Puteri Bay Melaka was great 👍🏼 The location was great because we are able to have a good view of the beach, and it was near food places. The hotel reception and staff were also kind and helpful. Food selection for breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable and had a good sleep 👍🏼👍🏼
The downside was that the toilet was not totally clean as there were strands of hairs sticking out from under the bed. Additionally, there were no toothbrushes provided in the room, and the prayer mat had an odour.
Generally, the stay was good although maybe staff need to ensure the room cleanliness and smell abit more?
I would still recommend the hotel for the comfortable beds and nice view and location beside the waterfront 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
GGuest UserI decided to stay at this hotel for the second time due to its convenient location and affordable online booking rate at Trip booking. There are Mc D behind n the restaurants also reachable, I mean within walking distance. The staff are very friendly , the room is clean , well decorated n the facilities are well maintained. The staff attended n response to our complaints immediately.Late check out with affordable price. Have complimentary drinks served at d lobby. However , the quality of the room door needs to be improved .
Vvenus YongThis hotel just opened this year, and the lobby is very grand and beautiful. The room is also comfortable and spacious 👍. The hotel is right by the sea. We stayed on a high floor with a balcony, and the morning view was stunning. The staff were also very helpful, enthusiastic, and always smiling. I would definitely come back here again on my next trip 💛.
GGuest UserRoom have strong Indian smell. Room was ready a bit late… overall rating I will give 5/10. Short of hanger. Location is good. Shopping centre just beside. But not much retails available.
AAnonymous UserIt’s a spontaneous trip that we booked the room before we check google reviews. Yet we are aware of the different way of check in.
Apparently it’s under awanjiwa management of the *air-bnb* style of room which is the same hotel as The pines.
First,
If there is choice i may direct book frm the pines , we tried once under the shore & the swiss garden same thing yet also unforgettable trip 😅
I would say hotel charge the prices will assure give the best services maybe .
We consider lucky that awanjiwa person in charge is nice and responsible. We got some hicups on the check in and got settle to change another room as u can see frm photos the disaster of the first room we got i told the PIC only the bed and the sink is clean others is all dusty 😵💫
We got changed to another better condition rooms also with some stain on the table n cupboard so i had to clean myself before place anything in.
Its not that bad tho, but i would say im not an airbnb guest . 😅 and its feel really weird when u stay in hotel but its like so weird u cant park in the same unit and u just dont feel u are away for a trip as the place u check in like ur neighbor home kind of feel .
NNicsLeeThis trip is to celebrate my husband's birthday. The hotel kindly provided us with a quiet room on a higher floor. However, the view from my room, which was described as a city view, was actually blocked by the front building.Since we can see people in the opposite building, it's likely they can see us as well. This makes it necessary for us to constantly close the curtains for privacy, which unfortunately makes us feel like we'd rather be outside rather than relaxing in the room.
CCY_A very new hotel with very comfortable spacious rooms and is situated within the Portuguese settlement. My visit was during Christmas time so there were a lot of celebrations going on, adding to the atmosphere.
The visitor before me used the fridge for durians, and I could not use the fridge throughout my stay due to the smell. The stamps were very polite to ask me about my visit however there were no immediate rectification or solutions provided. Maintenance will be an issue if not taken care of well.
