Great hotel but disastrous parking and not sufficient instructions how to find the parking area two streets away and complex to find. Maps don’t show that local streets are now pedestrian walkways. So took over an hour to find hotel and parking. Otherwise great but ******* should provide this vital information

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location is excellent, offering easy access to local attractions and amenities. The rooms are both clean and spacious, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment for relaxation.
However, there are notable downsides that affected my overall satisfaction. The breakfast was quite disappointing, with only six meal options available, mostly sandwiches. If you’re in a hurry, think twice about heading to breakfast, as the service is slow and you have to wait for the staff to serve you—there’s no self-service option. Additionally, the staff, while formal, lacked a warm and welcoming demeanor. Many seemed uncomfortable with English, and I rarely saw a smile, which detracted from the hospitality experience.
In summary, while the hotel excels in location and room quality, it falls short in terms of breakfast and staff friendliness. Improvements in these areas would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Останавливались на одну ночь. Расположение отличное, центр, все рядом, но есть несколько существенных минусов: 1. при заезде на двоих в номере был только один банный набор. 2. Не было тапочек и нужно было либо ходить босиком, что неприятно, либо постоянно обуваться/разуваться. Когда ночью встаешь в туалет или после душа идешь в постель это критично важно. 3. На этаже нет указателей номеров: выходишь из лифта и приходится бегать по обоим сторонам, чтобы найти, где твой номер. 4. Паркинг есть, но при выезде оказалось, что он платный и на ночь списали 16€🤦♀️. 5. Кондиционер плохо работал, невозможно было выставить более теплую температуру, уже было холодно, пришлось отключить вообще.

No recomienda absoluto el hotel.Reserve una habitación en enero. Para mi pareja y para mí y nos han dado una cama muy pequeña. Desde recepción nos comentan que no quedaba otra cama. El colchón de muelles y muy viejo

Hotel muy bien situado y con mucha historia. Nos gustó, pero quizás está un poco anticuado, tanto la recepción como las habitaciones. El desayuno no estuvo mal, pero fue un poco decepcionante, porque esperábamos un buffet y eran unos menús cerrados de desayuno.

Desayuno: tipo bocadillo a pedir a la camarera quien esta desbordada porque habrán tarde, a las 7:30 y toda la gente que estaba esperando a que abran llega al mismo tiempo.
Esperas a que te sirva y ya no tienes tiempo de acabar si tienes que irte a trabajar a las 8:00.
No recomendado para viaje de negocio

Het hotel ligt aan een mooi plein en erg centraal gelegen. Albacete zelf had weinig te bieden wat ons betreft. Alles wat op TripAdvisor stond als to do was allemaal gesloten. De kamers zijn wat gedateerd maar wel schoon. Bij het ontbijt had je een a la carte ontbijt met een stuk of 6 opties. Dus prima. Alleen het parkeren! Het is goedkoper dan in een openbare parkeergarage te parkeren, maar erg krap. De draai de garage in is erg smal met een Renault capture konden wij de draai naar beneden en boven net maken. En de garage is wat lastig te vinden. Het zit achter het hotel in een vrij smalle winkelstraat wat ook verboden in te rijden lijkt. Dus hou hier rekening mee als je dit hotel bezoekt Het restaurant wat bij het hotel zit is maar tot 17.30 geopend. Het personeel is vriendelijk.
