The location is a perfect, short walk between the towns of Ariccia and Albano where the train station is. Lush grounds surround this old villa that is showing its wear/tear from the inside. The front desk people really go the extra mile 😊Would definitely stay here again!

My family and I stayed here for only one night as we had to stop overnight to Sorrento - wish we would have stayed longer! Nice apartment, clean, had all amenities we needed including a washing machine. Excellent customer service by front desk especially Alessio. He was wonderful and gave us lots of good suggestions on what to do/where to go around here. Thank your for having us and thank you to Alessio for your outstanding service.

The hotel is very beautiful and elegant; it is located in Castel Gandolfo and enjoys a great view of the lake Albano, so it is very quiet. The rooms are large and comfortable; even if they have some details to review. Breakfast is absolutely high; it has a wide range of high quality sweet and salty products. The staff is friendly and available. Parking is very comfortable. The hotel is excellent because it is a few minutes' walk from the centre of Castel Gandolfo.

Movie Movie Hotel has quite new facilities, not like the dated hotels in city center of Rome. It was only 3 minutes walk from metro A line station. The hotel upgraded me to top floor with a spacious room. Everything worked fine. The only complaint was the tiny shelf (not a table) next to the bed. I found not much space to put things next to bed. Other than that, seriously it was a good discovery for visiting Rome for future trips.

We have stayed here a few times in the past and have never been disappointed. The views from the garden are stunning, the hotel is clean and comfortable, staff very friendly. I have a few suggestions/ points. 1. It would be good if the new owners were to re-instate the airport shuttle service ( no one would object to a reasonable charge) 2.The breakfast is adequate, but could be greatly improved by the addition of boiled eggs (prepared in advance) and perhaps cold meats, cheese, tomatoes...(in these covid times, this could be ordered and brought to the table from the kitchen) 3. My other 'niggly' little point is the smell of cats in the room - there are a number of cats round about?!

I had the pleasure of staying with my family for only one night, but it was enough to understand that if you are looking for a little relaxation and excellent services, this is the right place!! We enjoyed the pool in the garden throughout the afternoon and equipped with comfortable beds and shower to refresh.. The large room is tastefully furnished. Very nice and available staff!! The breakfast is also pleasant in the garden veranda, with choice between sweet and salt. For those who ask if you hear the noise of the aircraft viewed near the airport, I have to say that noise is not so excessive, and when you are in the garden it is also pleasant to see the aircraft closely and, why not, dream a little!!
