Super 8 by Wyndham Albuquerque Downtown

Excellent stay with Super 8 Downtown in balloon fiesta event. Great front desk staff and their cleaning staff were amazing. They recently changed name to Super 8 Downtown by Wyndham. Very close to Downtown activities and right off highway. We will come back definitely when we will be that area!!

Hotel is in a good location and staff are friendly and professional. The breakfast is ok and the rooms are everything you expect. Central Ave is being upgraded which should improve the location even more. Would stay here again if coming back to Albuquerque.

Not bad in most respects, although noise from some of the motorcycles on the adjacent Interstate was annoying at times. But what provokes the low rating was my experience on checkout, when they would not let me leave until someone inspected the room, apparently to make sure nothing was missing! I found this to be rather humilating, especially when the inspector at first claimed he could not find the TV remote, which I had neither seen nor used. He quickly found it in a drawer, but still the whole experience left me with a sour taste. I have not experienced anything like this before at other US hotels. I was paying by credit card in any case.

Great place to stay, ver clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff, great value, convenience location, lots of restaurants around that area, working class neighborhoods, we would like to come back again and again. Highly recommended!!!

I checked in really late and was immediately greeted with consideration. The following morning I didn't have to get up too early to enjoy my delicious breakfast. I've been here almost a week now and the staff and property are great. I'm about to go for a swim and then order dinner to end this hot summer night (with a great big smile). Thanks Robert you totally rock!!

This is the worst choice hotel I ever stayed at in my life. They half ass clean everything barely wash the sheets. It was just a terrible experience. They lucky I paid cash before visiting. If I would’ve paid with my credit card I would’ve canceled my stay. I had to ask for new sheets because it was so much hair in my sheets. Just overall dirty experience don’t stay here

I was choosing between this place and a motel 6 for the balloon fiesta week and I am so glad I went with the Econo Lodge. They had very soft comfy beds and the room was clean. Breakfast in the morning was pretty good. Everyone who worked there was very kind and helpful, and I was very happy with my stay!
