The door in the restroom fell out of its hinges from the bottom and fell on my babies as we were opening the door cuz it was stuck . It was an alright stay. I wouldn't say I wouldn't stay there again. As for trip.com u suck and didn't say what u said you would do so I had to pay for 2 days when u were supposed to get it refunded so we can go home I messaged someone the night I got there for a refund and the next day u went to leave and i had no choice but to stay because it was already 24hours. It was all so confusing!

No bells or whistles here. The place is showing its age but the room was clean, the bed and pillows were comfy. The AC unit sounded like a semi running, thankfully I had earplugs. The parking lot was very well lit, I'm sure for security. The price was more than tripled because of the Balloon Fiesta. If I had to, I'd stay one night.

Stayed here for the ABQ balloon festival. Walked to the festival to avoid traffic jams / rideshare surge pricing. After you carefully navigate the dirt path adjacent to the frontage road, the rest of the walk is about 30 minutes each way on sidewalks with crosswalks at intersections. Front desk staff gave me several valuable tips about attending the festival. They were very friendly and there was always someone at the desk or nearby. Facility is nice - lobby is open space adjacent to rooms and elevator. Coffee / hot water is available all day. Rooms have toiletries (shampoo / conditioner). Daily housekeeping was provided. It's accessible by public transportation, though it's a long 1-mile walk. There is multiple fast-food restaurants within a 15–20-minute walk if you use the gate in the fence at the rear of the parking lot. Also, nearby Tin Can Alley has a variety of local fast-food options and a brewpub. Tin Can Alley has bar area seating and a variety of indoor / outdoor seats on two levels. This hotel is a clean, comfortable, affordable basic accommodation base for ABQ-area sightseeing.

This is absolutely a roach hotel. Bathroom was full of bugs. I sprayed down with raid. Bathtub is filthiest I have ever seen. I actually liked Motel 6 hotels until this experience because of the pet policies. Front desk was never ther. They promised a call back which I never received. I wasn’t even able to tell them about the filth and bugs and dirt in the room because they put a not on the door it was full occupancy and they left for the night. I had to stay in this big infest rat hole of a motel. They never called me backpack. Still waiting for corporate to call me but says they only call back Monday thru Friday 8-5. The one bed was stained but not sure if it had been washed and didn’t use bleach or if they just put the dirty bed linen back on. The other bed looked ok so o slept on that one. They also swept the dirt into the corners of the room instead of sweeping it up. Behind the bathroom door was either spaghetti noodle or female feline string that was laying g on the floor. Never seen a shadower stall so dirty. I may contact the health department because this place is not livable. I am infuriated when the front desk said they would call me back and never did. They left a note on the door that they were full up and never answered the phones. I will never stay at a Motel 6 again because of my experience at this dump.

While driving cross country, my husband and I stopped at this Motel 6. We booked the reservation via the Motel 6 app and paid a little extra for a mini-fridge in the room. Upon arrival we were told that the property had no mini-fridges but was not able to adjust the price since we booked through the app. Things went down hill from there. There was only one hand towel and washcloth for 2 people, there was a large cigarette hole in the sheet and no mattress pad. When I called the desk to ask for more towels etc. I was told that housekeeping keeps linens locked up and he did not have that key. The floor was so filthy that we had to wash our feet before bed and again before putting socks on in the morning. The grounds were filthy and in disrepair - and the bolt lock on our door did not work. We would have left to find a different motel but were exhausted from a full day of travel. At least there we no bedbugs. . . . .

The most frightening of all the hotels I stayed in was that there were a lot of hotel rooms, the room was open to the outdoors, there were homeless people outside, and there were two people upstairs staring at me when I checked in to get things. The bed is too soft and uncomfortable.
