I would like to make it clear that the accommodations at this hostel were as expected, taking into account that currently it is basically what one is looking for, when it comes to stays for a short period of time. But I missed clearer and more accurate information in the booking confirmation email. Because when I arrived at the hotel door and pressed the doorbell dozens of times without getting an answer, it was very stressful! My phone is from Brazil and I hadn't bought a chip from Portugal. I had to seek help from third parties, unknown people, thank God I found someone who helped me, but even getting into our room was a long way! Something that should have been very simple became almost a nightmare. Therefore, I would like to suggest that when making a book with a client, make it clear in the email the step-by-step instructions on how to enter the hotel and also the room! Make it clear to the person that everything is done remotely and we never even know who we are talking to. Not everyone will get there with working internet on their cell phone, and making a phone call is out of the question due to the price it would cost, as it would be International!
