Hotel Location and Staff Behaviour is very nice..

Location is good and around there have many restaurants. The room is big and clean. Opposite side there is an exchange which is very convenient. In here, many thanks to the Reservation manager, KAIRAT, he is very kind and helpful. He helped us to arrange the multi days tour. The tour was very good. Another thing is, we have overbooked one more night after the tour and he helped us to cancel it without any additional charges.

Thank you for the suggestions and help from front staffs very impressed us. The location was near Church, park, Green market. The breakfast was great as well, so for long trip around 19 days and many hotel we stayed, this hotel really make me feel the best.

Great hotel in a great location. Rooms are big enough and clean. The on-site restaurant cooks good food but the waiting staff doesn't speak much English so you might get still water when asking for sparkling water.

The location is very good, the main attractions are within walking distance, there are many places to eat around, and it is very close to the pedestrian street. There is a currency exchange shop opposite the hotel. The breakfast is simple, but the taste and quality are good. After we moved to Mercure, the taste of breakfast in this hotel is the best. The room can see the snow-capped mountains. The downside is that the bathroom in the hotel lobby is relatively dirty…

The room is large and equipped with a kettle. The breakfast is rich and every day is different. The mattress is too soft and my back hurts when I sleep on it. The location is also very good. It is very convenient for shopping and parks.

The location is very good, the service is good, the waiters are all English speaking, there are many Indians, the price of this level of hotel is OK in Almaty, but it is a bit expensive in China

Great location. Good breakfast. The rooms are clean, but in style, for my taste, “cold in style” and a little “tired”. Service. The employees are polite, but we had to call a technician to repair a TV that wasn’t working twice. We lived in a junior suite. It was spacious and generally comfortable. It even had robes and white slippers. But it faced a noisy street, which caused us to wake up several times during the night. I asked to be moved to another quieter room, but there were none available. In general, as a result, I had mixed feelings about the hotel. I'd say it's worth 3.5 stars rather than 4.

Nice location, lots of places to eat, a few hundred meters walk from the cathedral

The service staff are very nice and the room furnishings are also very good. The pillows were too high for me, the hotel was not very soundproof and the bathroom exhaust fan was too loud.

I stayed for one night, the bed was a bit small, nothing else mattered.
