Okay stay

Clean and spacious room, however the area where the hotel is located is very dirty

Very nice hotel, friendly staff and cleanliness met my expectations. I stayed for 5 days with my boyfriend and they always changed the linen and reset the room. The flaw of this hotel is unfortunately the location, as well as being a convenient location in terms of proximity to the center and the South-midi station, unfortunately it is located in a not very recommendable area, I would almost define it as a "ghetto area" at a certain time we preferred to go back so as not to have to pass through those streets too late, dirty streets and you could expect anything..

When traveling from Brussels, I had to take the Eurostar, so I booked a hotel near Brussels Midi Station. However, it was a bit far to travel with a suitcase and there were few people, so the location was a bit disappointing when traveling at night or early in the morning. Still, the accommodation was clean, the staff was friendly, and most importantly, the room was spacious.

I visited before check-in, and they kept my luggage for free. The price was reasonable and the room was clean and nice.

The receptionist's service attitude is very good. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Hairdryer and bath supplies are provided, but there are no slippers and toothbrushes, so you need to bring your own. The location is pretty good. It's about 15 minutes away from the scenic spot. It's a very good experience.

The bed is too small and too soft. It's terrible to sleep comfortably.

The hotel is very good and the service staff has good attitude
