Dead Sea has lost a lot of tourist arrivals after the war in Israel started. Anyway upon check in, the staff kindly upgraded our room to a Premium room with pool view. 2nd floor was fine as we did not need to have a sea view. The resort is so huge, so walking around can take some time, or you can call reception for the buggy to pick you up. The next morning, we were amazed by the buffet spread at breakfast, from freshly baked pastries to eggs to Middle eastern side dishes. There was even sparkling wine wow! The view from the breakfast place was lovely, we could see the circular swimming pool and the Dead Sea in the background. The room was spacious and comfortable, but it had the fresh paint smell as it was recently renovated. The bathtub and shower were good, plus the amenities were special as they were made using Dead sea minerals. Of course a visit to the Dead Sea is incomplete without visiting the sea itself, we had a great time by the beach. The staff gave us instructions on how to soak in the Dead Sea and also helped me to slather mud on my body. The additional massage on my neck and shoulder areas was really good. We had so much fun here and took many great photos!

Every restaurant in the hotel has performances at night. The food and service are excellent. The rooms are also very large. It is worthy of its name. Recommended

Unfortunately didn't get to stay here due to Last minute flight cancellations and due to some error my cancellation request didn't go through. Asked the hotel to offer some goodwill for a refund and they flatly refused without any discussion whatsoever. NOT five star service and a disappointng response as I imagine there are not close to full occupancy nowadays and could do with some customer loyalty. A real shame. Consider staying at the other nearby hotels instead.

Extradinary services, best in that hotel area

We spent one night in Kempinski Ishtar the outcome wasn't so great. We won't get back. The service and staff are not very friendly and the food is mediocre. We already put a review with more details on Google. I won't recommand this hotel to my friends or relatives.

The facilities in the room are average, but the outdoor environment is great. It has its own private beach where you can go to the Dead Sea, several swimming pools, and a very good restaurant.

The hotel is the best in the area, with good service in all departments, good breakfast and dinner. Dinner is a buffet with rich dishes, 33 dinars per person, excluding soft drinks, etc.; free Dead Sea mud floating, with battery cars to the Dead Sea area where the hotel belongs. The hotel has a children's club, and many locals bring their children and families here for vacation and leisure. The swimming pool is integrated with the Dead Sea, which is particularly artistic.

Second time staying here. This time I paid to upgrade to a villa room. However, the interior of the room was really old and there was no welcome fruit. However, the hotel swimming pool and buffet breakfast and dinner were all great, and the staff were super nice.

Perfect check-in experience, the arc-shaped infinity pool is connected to the Dead Sea, the view is excellent, the hotel's private beach can float directly on the Dead Sea, and the Dead Sea mud is prepared for smearing, the room has a balcony with a view, and the breakfast is very rich, except that you need to queue up when you check in. Everything was impeccable.

This is the first time I booked a twin room but my family was not allowed to stay there. I had to book another room or upgrade to a family suite. Usually, they only charge one more person. I was speechless. I spent another penny to upgrade to a family suite without sea view. The experience was not good. Overall, it was just okay. There was no sign on the road to the private beach of **hai, and I couldn't find any staff to ask. The breakfast was also average, maybe it was not suitable for Chinese stomachs.

Intimate and enthusiastic service, plus the infinity swimming pool, a very happy and satisfying experience
