Room is large but inadequately cleaned & somewhat worn, a lamp was broken and the iron totally unusable. Check-in was a bit chaotic, as front desk also service several other residences. Owner or manager was very friendly and helpful when contacted via text. Location is great, central yet quiet.

the room is clean, whole atmosphere is just nice. Cleanliness 8/10. There is a convenient store at lobby with bento, which is nice. Parking is fee just the space is a bit peak.

I don't recommend you to stay in this apartment
1. The pillows in the room were not cleaned and had obvious stains

It felt okay when I first entered the room, but I found many problems later.
1️⃣ There is only a ceiling shower without a shower head, which is not very friendly for people with long hair who don't wash it every day.
2️⃣ The air conditioner will be used only after communicating with the front desk on WeChat, but the temperature will not be lowered afterwards. I was wrapped in an uncomfortable (thin and smelly) quilt all night. The pillow also smelled, and later I went to the supermarket to buy a towel to pad it on top to make it better.
3️⃣ I didn't look carefully to see if it was stated in the facilities column on the reservation page that the sanitation is not cleaned every day. Anyway, I didn't come to clean it during my two nights.
