The greeting from the front desk at check-in was very warm and welcoming. The room was as expected clean and had everything needed.

I enjoyed my stay found staff pleasant and actually helpful found a cool sticker too for a barbershop

Ok but very basic. Needs doing up but the staff are friendly and do their best to help. The area it's could be nice but is quite run down

Everything was as expected ,clean and quite room and bathroom .Just internet was on extra cost but range of mobile was full ,so no need to use wi fi .

The hotel was an old hotel and the internet did not work in the rooms, it was really bad, I was without internet in the room all day, it was not possible to log in to the hotel's wifi and the line did not work in the room.

I have stayed here in the past. I think Carrington Hotel is an ideal place to stay. It is not too far from the seaside and near amenities. The staff are also welcoming.

In short it was terrible the bed was springy and the bathroom was small rude bar staff as had to pay for a replacement drink as I accidentally knocked my pint over but they didn’t believe me overall it was a crap stay as I was too hot in bed

Everything was so good! Up to the mark. The only thing was that we booked at last minute so our room had no windows! But as a compensation we got breakfast included for free! So it was a good experience overall.

A fantastic location minuets from Boscombe , this delightful boutique hostel boasts a spacious dining area and is surrounded by fir trees. The magnanimous and gracious staff will welcome you with open arms! Excellent value for money in Boscombe.

Entrance and lift area not cleaned for ages, room in poor condition, tv smashed, curtain with aged holes, wall scartched with potts, radioator rusty, true we had a dog but that doesn't mean we didn't want to stay at a 3* hostel, we payed just like the rest of the customers, our the room was not 3* at all not even one star. Staff at the reception was friendly laundry and towells clean. Hope the bad things will be remediated.
