We stayed four nights. Overall it was a good experience. On par as a four star hotel. When we made reservation we thought we chose non-smoking room but our room clearly was not nonsmoking. Contacted the front desk and was told there was no nonsmoking room available but they can move us to another room and they will do some smoking cleaning treatment before we moved in. We decided to ask them to clean our existing room instead. The treatment was effective enough that we could barely smell the smoking odors. For a small place like Xiapu, this place is good.

It was my first time to travel to Xiapu and I booked the Royal View Holiday Hotel on Ctrip. It felt very good. The director of the guest department was very enthusiastic. He contacted me in advance and asked about the time we would arrive at Xiapu, and helped us arrange a pick-up. When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk had arranged a room (upgrade) for us in advance. When we entered the room, we saw a little surprise in the room. It was so warm. The hotel has a convenient location, good hardware, and good services. The price/performance ratio is quite high. Compared with B&Bs, it is more clean, sanitary, and safe! I will choose to stay here next time!

I booked 3 rooms for the elders in my family for 2 nights. I was always worried that the elders would be dissatisfied, but the elders all said it was very good. All three have upgraded room types and welcome fruits. The service is also very good! Next time we will continue Royal View Holiday.
