Best location , very clean , very helpful and professional staff. I arrived sooner than check in time and they gave me a free coupon for the coffee shop. Hotel smells good and it’s important for me ☺️. The metro station exactly in front of hotel while the taxi cost also was cheap. Only consider your taxi cost to the international airport may be various according to the time . For me it was 275HKD in 14pm but it may increase to 450 HKD in other times . I’ll back to this hotel soon . I felt very comfortable.

My new favorite hotel in Hong Kong! The room size is quite generous for HK standards, and I absolutely love its European charm and attention to detail. My only regret is booking a room without breakfast and having to pay 268 HKD extra for it.
**Facilities:** Compared to mainland China, the facilities aren't the newest, but for Hong Kong, they're quite good.

Exceeded expectations... I originally thought that an older hotel would be quite run down, but to my surprise, it was very well maintained. From the moment I stepped out of the car and into the lobby, I felt the warm hospitality of the staff. Everything was pretty good, except for the windows not opening. The location is super convenient, right next to Harbour City, and there are plenty of food options nearby. The staff were quite friendly, even better than I expected. Staying on the top floor was also very quiet, though you have to walk up one extra flight of stairs yourself.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise and made me feel like Hong Kong's service is getting better and better. On my first day, I was feeling unwell and threw up in the toilet, making quite a mess. The cleaning lady was incredibly patient and meticulous in disinfecting and cleaning everything, and she was polite throughout the whole process. I was so happy and touched by her kindness.
The front desk staff was also very polite, and the security guards at the entrance were enthusiastic and helped with my luggage 🧳. Many of Hong Kong's essential service workers are older, but they are the warmest part of this city, especially at this hotel 🏨.

I rarely write reviews, but this trip was just incredibly disappointing. I've been staying at this hotel for over a decade; it's always been my go-to whenever I'm on a business trip to Hong Kong. Up until last year, everything was quite good, but it's really gone downhill in the past two years. On the first night of this stay, I noticed the mattress was severely caved in – you could visibly see a dip on both sides and in the middle. My initial thought was to just tough it out since it was the middle of the night, but my barely 80-pound body couldn't even be supported. My backside completely sank, and my lumbar spine was in unbearable pain. I ended up having to lie sideways on a spot about a foot long at the foot of the bed that wasn't as sunken, and I didn't get any sleep that whole night. The next morning before heading out, I called housekeeping to report the issue and asked for a normal mattress. However, the solution they came up with was to put a wooden board between the thick and thin mattress pads. That evening, after finishing work and returning to the hotel, I didn't notice until 11 PM when I went to bed. It had completely turned into a hardboard bed, and to make matters worse, it was bulging in the middle! On a two-meter bed, there were only about 80-90 centimeters on each side where you could actually lie down, and even turning over was impossible. Stayed 1N in a classic king on April 5. Checked in around 6pm and was informed I’d been upgraded to a newly renovated room. However, the bathroom ceiling looked like it was about to collapse. The bathtub had disgusting dirt and strands of hair in it!! Bath amenities (sponge and salt) were also missing. Upon checkout, I informed the floor manager (she sounded Thai) who apologized and asked to confirm my email for the hotel to follow up. It has been more than 2 weeks and I have received no email or follow up. Despite its good location, this hotel had VERY poor cleanliness and service for a 5 star hotel. Take your money elsewhere.

The environment and location are excellent, but this time, the shower gel dispenser was broken, making it very difficult to get the shower gel out while showering.
