The location of the hotel is great, plenty of places to eat nearby and closer to Yulong snow mountain. The rooms was nice and clean with a great view of the mountains. The staff were also very attentive and provided good service.

Located very conveniently beside Shuhe old town, the entire hotel (rooms and hotel areas) are nicely decorated with their housepet 小将军. All the hotel staff are nice and friendly and their service is excellent. Every query we have is answered by them via Wechat promptly. They even helped us order food delivery through their phones for our convenience. I highly recommend this hotel for guests who wants to escape the crowd of Lijiang ancient city

I was so glad to stay in this hotel , the staff and owners of the hotel are very friendly and caring, they treat you with desserts in the evenings, very atmospheric and beautiful view, there is also a mini gym, you can work out, delicious breakfast, the location is also very good, near the old city, the hotel staff also organized a free shuttle to the airport. highly recommend this hotel,

We had a wonderful stay at the Cloudland! The location just outside the ancient town of Shuhe made it easy to get a car to other places but also easy to wander through the town. Our room was spacious, clean and had everything we need for our short stay. Check in was smooth and fast, the staff were very friendly and communication by WeChat made our stay relaxing. Breakfast (Chinese) was good and filling and they also served Chinese desserts in the evening. You could also try Chinese tea but we sadly did not have enough time to try. One small thing to consider is the absence of an elevator. If you have big luggages you need to keep that in mind but the staff helped us with our big luggage so it’s a small issue.

great location- next to Shehe old town - which is much relaxed to walk around than the main old town in Lijiang. great rooms- very indulging.

We loved staying at this hotel! location was great and the room was very modern and comfortable. The owner was also very friendly and spoke great english! we wish we could have stayed longer. When we come back to Lijiang we will stay here again

This hotel was amazing. The location is ideal, the physical environment of the space was beautiful, clean and well maintained, and I can’t say enough good things about the hotel staff. They constantly went above and beyond the normal customer service to help us. They took so much effort to care for us and make us feel comfortable. We continued to be amazed at the service for the entirety of our stay. I absolutely recommend this hotel to all.

This trip to Lijiang, the B&B is very powerful, the service is good, very clean, the B&B owner has called me two days in advance to ask me when I will arrive, leave a parking space for me and decide what to eat for afternoon tea, there is a small outside the B&B Ancient city, we are about half an hour to an hour drive from Yulong Snow Mountain, to Lijiang Ancient Town 20 minutes, you can rest assured to book

The rooms are very clean, the owner is very humorous, and you can take a taxi directly to the door. Because Lijiang Ancient Town is too noisy, I chose Shuhe Ancient Town. The yard is very comfortable with a big koi pond. The main attractions and food streets of the ancient town are within walking distance. Convenient and yet spooky. From the warm reception at check-in to the careful layout of the room and daily cleaning and tidying up, it all shows the owner's sincere care for every guest.
