A nice hotel in a great area. Our room was nice with a balconybover looking the street. The staff was very kind. The location is excellent

I stayed in two different rooms. The first room on the bottom floor was not the best. Moved due to adding more days to my stay and the downstairs room not being available - I’m very happy this happened. The room upstairs was lovely and light. Downstairs room a little dingy and dark, with sound travelling really into your room. Would stay at this hotel again in both rooms for the price I paid.

The hotel is in a good location, not far from the lively neighborhood. The currency exchange shop closest to the hotel has a very good exchange rate. It is the store with the best exchange rate I have found in Tbilisi. There is a stone pavement in front of the door and it is not easy to pull a suitcase. It's easy to walk around, and if there are a lot of guests staying in the hotel, the sound insulation is not good. On the last day I stayed in the hotel, a few foreigners came back at midnight. After they came back, the children screamed and the adults made noise in the room, which made me basically do nothing all night. Sleep, wait until daybreak and they go to sleep, the quality is so poor! The front desk service was pretty good. I even knocked on the door to remind them, but I couldn't stand the poor quality of those people! If you are a light sleeper and are afraid of making trouble, please consider this.

酒店連續兩天搞錯客人訊息，同日入住的客人被安排錯房間要求補錢，我們在提前確認兩晚付過錢後仍然被要求付錢，説沒收到款項，事實上是他們親自承認我付過兩晚的費用，而次日則不認賬。我要求取消並離開，酒店前台態度惡劣要求我付款一整晚的費用作為取消費，請問你拒絕我入住還要我付完房費再離開，我***還是酒店***？害得我們不得不提着手提行李走三千米換了兩家酒店午夜才入住，****，前台翻白眼瞪人，一個付款問題兩小時不能解決，堅持要我二次付款，宣稱我的萬事達卡沒有足夠餘額，我甚至從來沒有過萬事達卡，**酒店

房間寬敞，設施齊全，舒適，網絡很好👍，地下一層有廚房，很寬敞，雖不提供早餐，但可以免費加熱食物，還有晾衣服的地方，有冰箱；距離自由廣場，和平橋步行幾分鐘之內距離，購物，吃飯都很方便

Простой отель в самом центре города. Локация топ: торговый центр, магазины, рестораны. Номер обычный, без излишеств, чисто, есть все необходимое. Из минусов: единственное окно в комнате было в потолке (мансарда). Завтрак не брал, а в остальном все понравилось.
