"Nice location. The hotel was quite small. However, there was no parking lot. Night shift staff did not give any useful information for any parking tip. He acted like it s non of his business. Guest with car may have to survive on your own."

"I had a wonderful stay at Eleon Boutique Hotel in Tbilisi. The hotel is a hidden gem with a fantastic rooftop. The view from the top is stunning, offering a perfect spot to relax. The rooms are well-appointed, super spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist, even showing me the way to where I wanted to go. The location is also a plus—situated in a quiet area yet still conveniently close to the city center and within walking distance to the Trinity Church."

"Good hotel. It is in a good location, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the staff is friendly. The only negative, which is actually significant, is that some rooms have very noisy water. We stayed overnight in two rooms and on the first day (in the first room) I woke up at 7 am because there was a terrible noise. I thought that our windows were open and a sprinkler was driving down the street. It turned out that these were pipes with water and apparently someone was taking a shower.. it was very unpleasant, considering that later I couldn’t fall asleep. On the second night (in another room) this did not happen, but there was a feeling that our room could be the source of such noise. Nevertheless, the hotel is good, I hope you are lucky :)"

"My stay at the Hotel Imperial House in Georgia left much to be desired. While I appreciated the helpfulness of the information desk staff who assisted me with a currency converter – that was a genuine plus – the rest of the experience was unfortunately subpar. For two travelers, the complete absence of room service during our entire stay was a significant letdown and certainly not what one expects from a hotel. To add to this, my request to have the bed split into two single beds prior to our arrival was completely ignored. This oversight impacted our comfort and overall experience. While the location might have its merits, the lack of essential services and unfulfilled requests make it difficult to recommend the Hotel Imperial House. I hope they take these points into consideration for future guests."

"Location: Many restaurants and cafes nearby, convenient for public transportation; bus 337 from the airport goes directly to the bus stop 650 meters from the hotel. Staff: Aside from the front desk staff being polite, the breakfast restaurant staff and cleaning staff were extremely indifferent and had very cold expressions. I stayed three nights, and the staff treated me coldly and never greeted guests. Room Interior: Beautifully decorated and new, the bed was comfortable. However, the bathroom drain had a very strong odor. WiFi: Very slow internet speed. Breakfast Buffet: Very plentiful and delicious."

"Cleanliness: On my first day, there were hairs on the sheets. Didn't they wash the radishes? Environment: Clean, close to the highway, but not noisy. The back door leads directly to Tbilisi's main road via stairs. Service: - Breakfast was monotonous - Food refills were slow and difficult - English communication was a problem Facilities: - No gym, no laundry (I've been spoiled by hotels in China)."

"Just came back from a few days in Tbilisi and stayed at a hotel that really impressed me. The location was perfect — close to the city center, but quiet enough to relax. The staff were super helpful and friendly, always ready to assist. Room was clean, well-furnished, with a great view and fast Wi-Fi. Breakfast was simple but fresh and satisfying. What stood out most was the atmosphere — felt more like a cozy home than a hotel. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and local charm in Tbilisi. Will stay again on my next trip!"

"If you want a taste of Georgia, this hotel may be just the place for you. It’s located in an atmospheric old residential neighbourhood of twisty streets and steep climbs. If you know cities like Hong Kong, Istanbul or Belgrade, you’ll be familiar with this. You can walk it easily from the Central Railway Station. Otherwise the 368 bus will bring you most of the way. The hotel is pleasantly decorated and has a large verandah with a nice view over the city for breakfast or an evening drink. In season, they have a mangal (a traditional barbecue) and live music in the evenings. The room was clean and comfortable. It had everything I would expect including a small fridge and TV. A kettle, tea and coffee would also be nice. For me the highlight was breakfast. It's a buffet of homely sweet and savoury Georgian dishes made freshly by the owner, including eggs, salads and traditional small, thick pancakes with sour cream. If you’re looking for traditional hotel comforts you’ll find them here, with warmth and an authentic local twist."

"There is no private parking at the hotel. You have to park in the government lot and pay a parking fee. It is very inconvenient. However, the room is good and clean. The facilities are complete."
