"The location of the hotel is the best, very convenient! Many cafes, restaurants, bars. Never used buses or subway, it’s pretty good to have a walk. The stuff was very helpful, I arrived early and they could have me the room, really appreciate it!
They do not have hairdryer in the room, but you can ask for it on the reception desk, and they works really great (not as it usually appears, like ancient hairdryers).
Room was pretty good too, the bathroom is clean and comfortable! But the carpet was dirty, but it doesn’t matter, everything was okay, thanks!
I would def recommend this hotel if u r looking a budget friendly option! And I hope I will come back 😌"
"I had a wonderful stay at Eleon Boutique Hotel in Tbilisi. The hotel is a hidden gem with a fantastic rooftop. The view from the top is stunning, offering a perfect spot to relax. The rooms are well-appointed, super spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist, even showing me the way to where I wanted to go. The location is also a plus—situated in a quiet area yet still conveniently close to the city center and within walking distance to the Trinity Church."
"My stay at the Hotel Imperial House in Georgia left much to be desired. While I appreciated the helpfulness of the information desk staff who assisted me with a currency converter – that was a genuine plus – the rest of the experience was unfortunately subpar.
For two travelers, the complete absence of room service during our entire stay was a significant letdown and certainly not what one expects from a hotel. To add to this, my request to have the bed split into two single beds prior to our arrival was completely ignored. This oversight impacted our comfort and overall experience.
While the location might have its merits, the lack of essential services and unfulfilled requests make it difficult to recommend the Hotel Imperial House. I hope they take these points into consideration for future guests."
"The breakfast buffet is minimal.
Only buckwheat as a hot dish.
The advertised syrniki/blini/fritters were present in quantities of 1-3 pcs.
Cottage cheese in a small plate and was replenished very lazily.
Baked goods - one bun.
There was not even Georgian bread(.
I can compare with other hotels in price, but for this price the breakfast was always and everywhere normal.
Although modest, it was always replenished without problems.
The bed is good.
The room is ok."
"This is the best hostel I've ever stayed in. The furnishings are incredibly well-thought-out, and the common areas are even more stylish than a trendy cafe. Since you take off your shoes before entering the bedroom, it's kept clean, and the air conditioning works well. There's a kitchen and all the necessary amenities. There's a washing machine (15 GEL). The owner is also very friendly and helpful, offering advice. The only downside is that it's a little far from the tourist spots, but I took a Bolt taxi. It's about 15 minutes one way, and it's very cheap at 5-6 GEL. If you're looking for a place to stay in Tbilisi, I highly recommend staying here. I was very satisfied."
"Good hotel. It is in a good location, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the staff is friendly.
The only negative, which is actually significant, is that some rooms have very noisy water. We stayed overnight in two rooms and on the first day (in the first room) I woke up at 7 am because there was a terrible noise. I thought that our windows were open and a sprinkler was driving down the street. It turned out that these were pipes with water and apparently someone was taking a shower.. it was very unpleasant, considering that later I couldn’t fall asleep.
On the second night (in another room) this did not happen, but there was a feeling that our room could be the source of such noise.
Nevertheless, the hotel is good, I hope you are lucky :)"
"Excellent location - just a 5-minute walking distance - all other hotels are 10 minutes away, with traffic jams or meagre apartments. It is often fully booked - better to book in advance. Rooms are decorated in Scandinavian style - only essentials, no fancies. Ibis is Ibis - you always know what you will get."
"If you want a taste of Georgia, this hotel may be just the place for you.
It’s located in an atmospheric old residential neighbourhood of twisty streets and steep climbs. If you know cities like Hong Kong, Istanbul or Belgrade, you’ll be familiar with this. You can walk it easily from the Central Railway Station. Otherwise the 368 bus will bring you most of the way.
The hotel is pleasantly decorated and has a large verandah with a nice view over the city for breakfast or an evening drink. In season, they have a mangal (a traditional barbecue) and live music in the evenings.
The room was clean and comfortable. It had everything I would expect including a small fridge and TV. A kettle, tea and coffee would also be nice.
For me the highlight was breakfast. It's a buffet of homely sweet and savoury Georgian dishes made freshly by the owner, including eggs, salads and traditional small, thick pancakes with sour cream.
If you’re looking for traditional hotel comforts you’ll find them here, with warmth and an authentic local twist."
"Overall, it was good, and the service was very prompt. The bathroom was clean, though there were no windows that could be opened. Despite that, it was truly excellent overall, and offered superb value for money."
"Such an amazing stay I had. The hotel check in is at 2pm, but I arrived around 11hrs. I was told to wait for about 30mins for the room to be ready, and it was ready in less than an hour… the 2 guys at the reception were super helpful and friendly all the time. The breakfast selection is such a feast! And I loved that I always found 2 extra bottles of water in my room even when I just opened and sipped on one… overall, clean, nice staff and ease of location.
Highly recommend!"

Great
GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is quite good. Although it is on a small road, it is only 100 meters away from the main street, next to the Parliament Building, opposite the National Museum, and within 10 minutes' walk to Freedom Square and the subway station. It is not far from the old town. The hotel room is large and comfortable, the breakfast is very good, not only has a cold buffet but also hot meals that can be ordered (free), and the front desk staff is warm and service-oriented.
NNoppasornLast night I landed late and checked in at 1.00am. When I arrived at the hotel, a tall European male staff asked me “who are you” and was very unfriendly. I didn’t want to cause any trouble so I talked to him nicely. I came with my boyfriend and my bag. Anyone who saw me would know that I was a tourist. After entering the hotel, he checked me in for more than 40 minutes and couldn’t find my booking. He behaved very badly throughout the check-in process and even charged me even though I had already paid on the Tip.com app. in the morning , at 8.55am in the morning, he opened my bedroom. It was a terrible day in Georgia. He made me feel suspicious and unsafe here. Please let the hotel handle this matter with this person. Because this man’s behavior is very unsafe for tourists. Or is it because he sees me as Asian, so he bullies me?
Your hotel is a very good hotel. I don't think your hotel should be ruined by people behaving in such an unsafe way towards customers.
The first night I was hoping to relax and start my Christmas break, but the first time I encountered something bad like this. I am very disappointed and sad.
GGuest UserClean and stylish room, excellent breakfast, responsive Russian-speaking staff who immediately offered to find a way out of the force major situation we got into. To the Freedom Square 10 minutes walk; but it is worth noting that the hotel is located on the mountain, on the road to the hotel in a couple of places quite a steep rise.
HhujlTUTA Hotel location is very good, located on the inner street, surrounded by hotels, very quiet, important attractions are 20 minutes walk, 5 minutes walk from Avabari Station and subway station, the hotel goes right and then turns left along the stone road to go down to the church and cable car station, highly recommended terrace room, Buy a bottle of red wine at night to enjoy the night view on the terrace. The room facilities are new and clean. The whole hotel is soundproofed. There is a sense of privacy. The breakfast is rich. The hotel is monitored outside and the main passages. It is very safe. We still booked this hotel for a few nights.
Environment: beautiful
GGuest UserThe hotel's ambiance is very quaint and quite interesting, but the rooms are really small and lackluster. The elevator is often out of order. On our first day, the elevator suddenly went dark. I thought I should call for help, but it suddenly cleared up. When I checked out, the entire second floor was without power. The restaurant is indeed beautiful, and the breakfast was the best I've ever had at a Georgian hotel.
GGuest UserThis place deserves a lot of credit for doing things a bit differently. The design features and floor plan are quite special. We loved some of the details like the record player and projector with streaming access. But once you look closer it is a little rough around the edges for the price that we paid.
Service was also very hit and miss. When we arrived, no one greeted us, instead staff was talking to each other and looked confused when we said we wanted to check-in. In Tbilisi, we had no problem with communicating in English, but the staff here had trouble communicating with us several times. In general, they were friendly though and took time to show us the room.
When we ordered a drink through the room service from the bar downstairs, it came in a flimsy plastic cup that was only have full.
Also be aware, that the window is towards the courtyard where there is a restaurant and bar that closes late and draws some pretty noisy crowds.
The location is great, though, and we did enjoy our stay here. With a little more attention to detail, this would be a great place!
SSkjadwaniKraveli Hotel offers a modest yet surprisingly convenient location for travelers. The rooms are spacious, providing ample space to relax, and the scenic view from the first floor enhances the stay. Additionally, the hotel is close to many attractions, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, it is a great option for those seeking comfort and accessibility. The owners are very nice; the owner even provided us with an early morning breakfast.
GGuest UserBreakfast could do better but other than that and the cleaning ladies need to be a bit quite when they are cleaning the rooms specially in the morning. They need to do some renovations as well.
Other than that all good. I requested to extend for two nights very last minute but they agreed without hesitation.
Rooms are cleaned well.
GGuest UserThe hotel could be better if it wants to.
Our room was decent, but the bed was not up tp standard for this brand of hotel. The sheets were mismatched, and the bed was not properly done.
Glasses and cups were not properly cleaned.
The best part is the front desk staff, Saba. He is great and professional, and went the extra mile to show us the hotel features.
Breakfast was plenty and decent.
Location is about 15 minutes walk from the old city with grocery stores and cafes around
Good value for money hotel.
The pool area is ok for hanging out on a hot day.
.
