Best Western Plus Atakent Park Hotel Reviews

I booked a superior room at this hotel expecting a cozy sofa and ample space, but ended up in a basic room with just a queen bed and a chair. The vibe is pretty old-school, and not in a cool, retro way. The amenities and toiletries felt cheap, and the elevator was a gamble every time. The location’s decent, near a mall and a botanical garden, which is a plus. Breakfast was a solid ‘meh’ – mostly basic stuff, but the coffee machine was the only highlight. Would I stay here again? Probably not, unless they up their game.

The most convenient hotel for attending the exhibition, right next to the exhibition hall, the facilities are a bit old, but the hotel is clean and sanitary, the breakfast is rich and delicious, and there are convenient restaurants around, such as KFC and halal restaurants, and the transportation is convenient.

You have to wait until 2pm to check in. Fortunately, the sofa in the lobby is quite comfortable, so I wore an eye mask and slept for an hour. The breakfast is rich in variety, but I am a little uncomfortable. The room service will deliver water every afternoon (a bit cumbersome, unlike in China where they will put it away directly when cleaning the room). There is a park behind the hotel where you can see the snow-capped mountains. Other aspects (facilities, hygiene, environment, service) are all good

Wonderful hotel, cozy and clean! Very tasty breakfasts (buffet), a beautiful dining room with good furniture, snow-white tablecloths and panoramic views of the mountains, and what friendly people work there! We came to work at the Central Asia Fashion exhibition, it’s very close to the pavilion through a beautiful park. In the evening we had dinner in our restaurant (additional charge), the food was also delicious, but we had to wait a long time. Downstairs near the reception there is a nice comfortable seating area with cool leather furniture - you sit in a large chair and don’t want to get up. We will come again in the fall and only to this hotel!

Some of the front desk staff don't speak English very well, so communication is difficult and their attitudes vary. I even found long hair on the bath towels in the room. The room space is OK, but the overall furnishings are old.

Overall it's okay, but the key card has to be reauthorized at the front desk every other day, which is troublesome. Breakfast is okay.

There is a park next to it, and there are many places to eat around it, including Lanzhou Ramen, which is very convenient. The hotel is also newly decorated.

I stayed here for the second time. The price was right and the room was very unique. The service was very considerate.

Next to the exhibition, there are few dining options, there is a Lanzhou Ramen. The table was not cleaned for 6 days, and the bed was made and the towels were changed every day. I don't understand why the wardrobe is so cramped and the bathroom is so small when the suite is large.

Very good, just far away from the attractions, the overall environment is very good , Changzhi, the changing color of Almaty, is worth visiting. I recommend everyone to visit it. It’s a bit cold now.
