The hotel’s design is classic but a bit old. The garden is nice and authentic. Only two restaurants and a very small bar are available but the food is good. Very convenient location.

The hotel is very posh with every detail covered. Inside the room, it is spacious. The coffee machine is a Nescafé Gusto. I like the shuttle bus service to the Shinagawa station which saves me from walking with my suitcase. I also like the gym as it is very clean.

The hotel room is clean! The bathtub is good too. We a couple with a 3 years old girl. The bed is big enough to share between myself and my daughter. We have a wonderful stay in the hotel.

Almost perfect except that I got bit by bed bugs

This hotel is very cost-effective. It is a 5-minute walk from Shinagawa Station. Shinagawa Station is very convenient for going to the airport, taking the train, or taking the Yamanote Line to travel around Tokyo. The hotel lobby is very elegant and filled with nice aromas. The front desk staff is very warm, thoughtful and efficient. The room is very large, especially in Japan where hotel rooms are very small. Very clean. Chocolate and ice cubes are delivered every day. The view of Tokyo Tower and the hotel garden and fountain is outside the window. The hotel garden is very large and full of Japanese Zen. I am very glad to have chosen this hotel. It is perfect in every way and the price is relatively favorable.

The hotel is so comfortable. I was worried that the newly added bed for three people would be uncomfortable, but it wasn't! Behind the hotel is a courtyard park shared by three prince hotels. It is very beautiful and has a night view theme of Takanawa Night open for visitors. The closest one to the station among the three prince hotels. It takes about 8-10 minutes to walk to Shinagawa Station. There is a bus stop down the slope of the hotel. The transportation is very convenient!

The 3-person room is very spacious and very convenient to Shinagawa Station. The only thing I'm not satisfied with is that the front desk asked me to register as a member when I checked in, and it took a long time to figure it out, and they even asked for a membership code.

Shinagawa Station is a 5-minute walk away. The courtyard is very beautiful and the view of Tokyo Tower at night is beautiful.

It basically has set meals and a small amount of a la carte. There is a violin for Christmas dinner. There is no barrier to English communication at the front desk. The room is large, and the turndown service provides pajamas and chocolates. There is a 7-11 in the next small shop opposite the hotel.

The environment, sanitation and service are all very good, but the facilities are a little old.

It's very convenient to go to the airport. The view from the room is very nice and the transportation is convenient.

Check-in was not allowed until 3pm, so we had to wait for an hour. Everything else is okay, you can get an extra bed, take a sauna, and have Japanese breakfast. There is also Western style, which is pretty good.
