The hotel is in a great location, 10 minutes by car from the central train station and the cable car to get to Tianmen Mountain. It has an elevator which is a plus. Likewise, the facilities are cozy and clean. The family that runs the hotel is wonderful, very friendly and helpful. One of the sons of the family speaks perfect English, which helps a lot with any questions you have about your visit to any of the mountains in Zhangjiajie. Around the hotel you can find many options to eat local food or international food chains. You will also find shops and a small shopping center in case you want to do some shopping.
