Jinling City is half of the history of the Republic of China, and Duoer only has your full joy in her eyes. The hotel is close to major tourist attractions and has a superior geographical location. Response from Property: Duoer deeply apologizes for bringing you a bad experience during your stay. We have completely cleaned the water tank. The yellow stains in the water tank are not feces. We have also seen the paper in the trash can next to it, and it is still clean. Duo'er folded the triangular creases by herself and did not throw the brand-new paper into the trash can. Thank you for helping us raise the issue. It is indeed our service that is deficient. The front desk partner forgot to deliver toothbrushes and water. We will strengthen daily training. If you ask for other Atour accommodations and hygiene issues, we will give you a full refund. I am very sorry that it did not meet your expectations. Doer is also very sad and will try his best to help you get some discounts. We will supervise and urge you. Relevant departments will make rectifications. We look forward to having you stay at our hotel again to give Duoer a chance to apologize and say sorry to you again.

The hotel has carefully prepared [Yado Village Selected Black Tea] for every guest at the front desk. The eighth floor is also equipped with [Self-service Laundry Room] so that you don't have to worry about changing clothes in the hot summer. There is also [Free Fitness Center] [Treadmill] on the sixth floor so that you can enjoy private fitness fun in the store. The hotel is close to major tourist attractions and has a superior geographical location. All hotel staff look forward to your visit again.
