Very good but the breakfast is fair only. Parking is far but the price is good

There were small cockroaches found inside the room. Breakfast facilities were not completely equipped, eg. soft drinks like orange juice & apple juice were empty but not refilled. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Parking is easy but during high seasons, one might have to park at a distance from the hotel. Good counter service to purchase entry tickets to tours with discounted price.

The hotel was cozy and beautiful with the kindest staff I have ever met. Breakfast buffet was worth every cent. Not to mention the rooms were very big with a balcony with an amazing city view. The location was a bit far away from the rest of the city and in quiet a rural and quiet area,however, that didn’t really affect us as we rented a car for our trip. If you do not have a car, I wouldn’t suggest going back so late.

During check in, it was heavy rain. Luckily the hotel staff give us parking at the entrance as I have a 2 year old boy. The check in was smooth. Room was very spacious with balcony. The breakfast was amazing. All the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here.

Overall the stay was good, we stayed only 1 night. The room is super spacious with 4 single beds and a large toilet as well. The beds were comfy. We didn’t get to check out the pool/sauna, but the gym was okay with basic equipment and open 24/7. The room was clean although the exterior hallways were a little dark and musty.

Wonderful trip to Okinawa this round with family and kid. - Nice staff and counter service. Staff can speak English and they are all friendly during the stay. - For breakfast, no worries since the hotel also provides various choices /cuisine for your selection that my little boy is really loving it. - The hotel location is a bit far but it is not hard to figure out if you are using Goolge Map or mapcode for locking the destination. - Pls be reminded to be careful when driving at night as there is no sufficient lighting facility in the street and hotel nearby. Definitely will select this hotel next time

Nice and comfortable hotel, 5mins drive from hotel to Aron mall. The hotel is very nice and clean.

Very large rooms and comfortable staff are helpful and provided air purifier

Location was a little secluded but it was alright since you would probably be driving. Hotel was great, the room was amazing and spacious. my family enjoyed our stay here

Wonderful services Beautiful view

Everything was great. From the size of the room, to the nice breakfast, price and feel. However a large downside was the air conditioning in the room was down and we had to open the balcony door to allow cool air to enter. An additional standing fan was quickly provided upon our feedback. There was also a cycling event going on. There were many fit athletics staying in the hotel.

Stayed 4 daya 3 nights but first 2 days breakfast was being arranged to a temporary event hall for meal due to big group coming so the breakfast Cafe we are unable to use so the breakfast amenities was simple. And we are also not allow to park our car at the lobby level too! All these arrangements we felt not too satisfied since our breakfast we are paying extra money. The 3rd days breakfast we are finally able to go to the breakfast Cafe because the big group left. Having breakfast in the actual cafe is much more choices. And our car is finally able to park at the lobby level. Overall is good.

Great place to stay. Absolutely will come back here again!!! Japanese style room is so local and typical. Large bedroom and bathroom. You can see the city view and stars from the balcony. Very clean and comfortable tatami. Free parking, nice lobby, helpful staff. Recommended for everyone coming Okinawa~

It was a good decision to choose Okinawa Grand Mer Resort through Trip.com and room were spacious with sea facing. MY family too enjoyed and it was relaxing
