reception service is only available for limited hours, machine check in, self clean room service, location very good, nearby a small supermarket.

Its far from the city, but the rest ist ok.

The apartments are fine, they have everything you need. If you plan long stay more then 4 days be avair that they clean the rooms once in 6 days. I had to give notice to the desk so the cleaning service would come. To expensive for the old furniture.

We stayed from 27 to 29/04/2024, the apartment was very dirty, the refrigerator smelled like rotten fish and worst of all, the shower had ice water, guests left their complaints at the hotel counter referring to ice water, the air conditioning was not it worked, it really was a bad experience, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

There was no hot water and when we asked about it we were fobbed off. Cleanliness was OK but I wouldn't book it again.

The apartment was good. The quality-price ratio is correct. Although a coffee maker would be nice in the kitchen and there was no phone to talk to the reception

Average place, not bad. Close to the hospital and 15 minutes from Barcelona on the diagonal.

Oh my god, there is no front desk after 8 pm. I checked in late on the first day and had to operate the machine by myself. However, the order number entered was wrong. I spent a long time trying to enter my last name. Who could have predicted this? However, the hole for the room card was stuck again, so I could only keep calling the number left at the front desk. Finally, someone came around 1 a.m., and the staff did not speak much English. I had to open the door with a master key before entering the room. If you call Ctrip customer service, they will still reply, but this kind of hotel is really torturous.

There are indeed a lot of problems. When traveling, it is better to choose a hotel instead of an apartment. The problem we are currently experiencing with two rooms 1. The room leaks. 2. Bathtub leaks 3. The hair dryer is broken 4. The door lock of the room could not be opened twice, so security guards were used to break the door.

I did not like anything ! It is a totally soulless hotel!
