Considering the price of less than 20,000 won per day, it is a great value for money. It is relatively close to Tapae**t, so it has a geographical advantage, and Thai Cooking School is located right in front of the hotel. The facility itself is more like an inn than a motel, but it has a hair dryer, simple amenities, etc. It is located in an alley, so it is quiet at night, and there are simple foods such as cup ramen in the common area on the first floor. It seems especially good if you stay alone.

The location is good, right in the ancient city, very close to Tha Pae Gate and so on. There are also many 711 stores around. There is a very enthusiastic woman downstairs who sells various travel products, but don’t be fooled by her. Compare the prices with domestic platforms.

It is a good value for money place. It was close to the old town, so there were lots of places to walk around and eat.

The facilities are average, the refrigerator can't store food without electricity, and the TV in the room is broken and can't be turned on. The staff in the hotel felt average. At first they wanted to charge me the deposit but later told me not to pay, and they ignored me when they asked the reason, and felt reluctant to answer the question.

Started our trip in Thailand with Chiang Mai. This hotel was a good start. Very good location. Staff a bit pointless tbh. Clean rooms but can get quite noisy. They used to offer complimentary breakfast but they stopped it now. Close to main areas in Chiang Mai.

This place is really helpfull. Budget hotel but will do what they have to to help you. They can arrannge things not on tourist map at a not rip off price. Well worth asking for whatever you want to do.

Beautiful hotel in a super location! Very centrally located, far enough away to avoid any inconvenience. The room is nice and has air conditioning + refrigerator. Nice lady who can provide you with all kinds of tips and outings/tours in the area. Sunday night market is around the corner. We arrived at the hotel at 9:30 after the night train. The room was already ready, we were allowed to move in without an additional charge!
