Was very lucky to be upgraded because it was my birthday. The location is a short walk to the beach and a bunch of great places nearby. Property is large (back end is next to Horison entrance & front end is on the main road). My room had issues and it was nice to be provided with another place quickly.

The hotel is well located and you can get to places quite easily. Looks nice on the exterior but the rooms were quite old and not very well maintained. Bathtub is not clean.. Lock of toilet was faulty and I even got stuck inside the toilet for awhile. Overall ok stay, free bfast was great as its fuss free for bigger groups.

The Haven is a really good location just in the heart of town. There’s a mini mart right in front of the hotel where you can exchange currencies. They have ample of services such as luggage storage if you need to store it until your flight. The security staffs help you to get your luggage on the car in the busy traffic. Over all, I loved the experience there, would definitely stay again.

Great hotel clean rooms good location , the security guard out the front though went out of his way to help me , really helped me out thanks mate , the only bad thing I have to say is the room service the food wasn't the best , and ALLSO they don't do massages in the rooms there which is abit of an inconvenience apart from that great hotel lots of staff working there to assist U

This hotel location is great. The food is good. The room smell like damp. There was mould in my bathroom. The room are not cleaned and maintained very well. I didn't get the room I paid for the first day. The next day the putvme in the room I paid for then told trip they upgraded my room. But it was the room i originally paid for. I left a day early because the lighter in the room kept goingvon and off. The dredge was clicking on and off all night it was hard to sleep in the room. Their customer service is very poor. They are never prepared for their in coming customers .

An oasis in the heart of Seminyak. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I couldn’t feel more relaxed during my first night in Bali. The hotel is beautiful with a number of swimming pools. The location is great, just a short trip to lots of restaurants and bars.

Excellent service with a smile. Location is perfect for walking distance beach, shopping outlets.All within a few minutes walk only. Buggy service to the beach & a short 10-minute walk back. Amazing sunset worth the wait at beach sun deck managed by The Haven on the beach. .

The bedroom wasn’t as clean as I expected. The overall bed and room appliances were a bit outdated also. During my stay there was some maintenance work being done so it was too loud to relax in the hotel.

Family friendly Superb location and eatery everywhere Near to Bintang supermarket and i love the pool For the price I paid and breakfast, the room is acceptable But overall, I will stay again when I’m back Service, location are superb

Location, staff service was perfect Just one downside was that water didn't drain very fast in the shower.
